当接部材に対する食品の抵抗力が増えて一定以上になる
と、再び、食品(及び食品支持部材)が当接部材ととも
に下降を始める。従って、これに伴う食品支持部材の変
位を記録ドラムに記録すれば、第4図にAで示したもの
