き凹部5にフロントブロツク4が接着、固定され
る。ケース内部が樹脂で固定された後、ケース前
面がR研摩され、コア前面およびフロントブロツ
ク4に接して磁気媒体が第5図の矢印A方向に走
行する。フロントブロツク4をケース1の凹部5
に確実にかつケース窓孔に対して正しい位置に固
定するために、従来はケースを治具に保持し、前
記底付き凹部5にすり込み等の方法でフロントブ
ロツク4を位置決めし、瞬間接着剤で固着してい

媒体13の走行により録音再生用磁気ヘツド11
は消去ヘツド10と反対側の前面、つまり磁気媒
体走行方向の下流側の領域が強く磁気媒体13に
摺動接触する傾向にある。本考案では、いずれの
実施例も磁気媒体走行方向上流側と比較しこれよ
りも下流側の方へフロントブロツク4の面が拡が

側部形状を両側で異ならしめても、磁気媒体との
接触関係で支障をきたすことがなく、これに起因
する過大な磁気ヘツド前面の摩耗は生じない。
