Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce man-hour in assembling work by providing tablet-shaped coupling sections to the roots of projections of a partial core, and providing swelled sections wider than the coupling sections to the front ends of them. CONSTITUTION:Projections 4 are provided to joint surfaces 21 with yoke section cores 3 of tooth section cores 2. Long and narrow tablet-shaped coupling sections 41 are provided on the roots of the projections 4, and swelled sections 42 formed of arcs having diameters larger than those of the coupling sections 41 are provided to the front ends of the coupling sections 41. While, recessed sections 5 are provided in the joint surfaces 31 with the tooth section cores 2 of the yoke section cores 3 and, at the same time, the projections 4 are provided on the joint surfaces 32 with the other yoke section cores 3 adjacent to one side, and the recessed sections 5 are provided in the joint surfaces 33 with the other yoke section cores 3 adjacent to the other side. The recessed sections 5 are constituted of linear sections 51 to which the coupling sections 41 are fitted and interlocking sections 52 to which the swelling sections 42 are fitted. Accordingly, pressing force caused by very small errors of members joined with each other is absorbed by the deformation of the coupling sections 41.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a stator core of a rotary electric machine is formed by punching a ring-shaped core integrally from a thin steel plate to form a stator core. However, it is necessary to provide a space inside the stator core for the rotor. Therefore, the material yield is poor, the punching die becomes large, the equipment cost is high, and it takes time to insert the stator coil. As a means for solving this problem, the stator core is divided into a plurality of partial cores to facilitate the insertion of the stator coil and to reduce the shape of one processed part to improve the material yield and the die-cutting die. Was made small.
In order to bond the respective partial cores processed in this way to each other, as shown in FIG. 6A, a wedge-shaped projection A3 on the mating surface A2 of one partial core A1 or a partial projection shown in FIG. 6B. Like this, the arc-shaped protrusion A3 is provided, and the other partial core B is

However, when the projection is wedge-shaped, the contact surface has an acute angle, so the fitting accuracy becomes strict, and even if there is a slight dimensional error in the projection or the recess,
When fitted, an unreasonable force may be applied to the base of the protrusion, and the stator core may be joined in a deformed form. Moreover, since the shape of the protrusion has an acute angle, there is a problem that the life of the punching die is short. If the protrusion is arc-shaped,
The distance from the mating surface where the partial cores are joined to the tip of the projection is short, and all the side surfaces of the projection are tightly fitted to the side surfaces of the recess, so that there is no gap between the contact surfaces of the projection and the recess. Since it is necessary to do so, there is a drawback that an abnormal force is exerted on each part to be joined when the error of the protrusion or the recess is very small, the fitting work is difficult, and it takes time. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a stator core in which a fitting portion capable of easily joining partial cores is provided, the number of processing steps for assembling work can be reduced, and the quality of the stator core is stable.

[Function] A relatively elongated connecting portion and a bulge portion are provided on the protrusion provided for joining the tooth core, the yoke core, and the adjacent yoke cores. The forces that press each other due to such an error are absorbed by the deformation of the connecting portion, so that no abnormal force is generated in other portions other than the connecting portion.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a front sectional view showing an embodiment of the present invention, in which a stator core 1 is divided into a plurality of tooth cores 2 which are partial cores having the same shape and a plurality of yoke cores 3 which are partial cores having the same shape. Protrusions 4 are provided on a mating surface 21 of the tooth core 2 with the yoke core 3. The protruding portion 4 is composed of an elongated strip-shaped connecting portion 41 provided at the base, and a bulging portion 42 formed at the tip of the connecting portion 41 in an arc whose diameter is larger than the width of the connecting portion. The concave portion 5 is provided on the mating surface 31 of the yoke core 3 with the tooth core 2, and the projection 4 is provided on the mating surface 32 of the other yoke portion core 3 adjacent to one side, and is adjacent to the other side. A recess 5 is provided on the mating surface 33 with the other yoke core 3. The concave portion 5 has a linear portion 51 into which the connecting portion 41 is fitted and an engaging portion 52 into which the bulging portion 42 is fitted.
It consists of and. Tooth core 2 and yoke core 3
2, the tooth core material 2'and the yoke core material 3'are arranged and punched so as not to waste a predetermined steel sheet material, as shown in FIG. Then, the block-shaped tooth portion core 2 and the yoke portion core 3 are laminated by laminating a predetermined thickness. The tooth portion core 2 and the yoke portion core 3 are respectively provided with corresponding protrusions 4 and recesses 5.
Are fitted to form the stator core 1, but since the connecting portion 41 of the protruding portion 4 to be fitted is formed in a relatively elongated shape in a strip shape, a very slight error in the tooth core 2 and the yoke core 3 is caused. The pressing force applied to the protruding portion 4 caused by the deformation is absorbed by deforming the connecting portion 41, and an abnormal pressing force other than the connecting portion 41 such as the bulging portion 42 and the recess 5 of the protruding portion 4 does not act. Therefore, the fitting operation between the tooth core 2, the yoke core 3, and the yoke core is simplified, and the stator core 1 is not joined in a deformed form. Further, since the bulging portion 42 of the protrusion 4 is also formed in a circular arc shape or a surface that intersects at an obtuse angle so that no acute angle portion is provided, the punching die is simple and the life can be extended. FIG. 4 shows an example in which two tooth cores 2 are fitted to one yoke core 3 and fin portions 34 are provided on the outer circumference to form a frameless motor so as to enhance the cooling effect. FIG. 5 is an example in which the shape of the bulging portion 42 of the protrusion 4 is formed in a quadrangle to eliminate the acute angle portion. In the above description, the tooth core is provided with a protrusion, but the tooth core may be provided with a recess, and the yoke core may be provided with a protrusion that fits into the recess provided in the tooth core.

As described above, according to the present invention, the projections fitted to the recesses formed in the other members are formed so as not to have an acute angle shape, and are formed in a relatively elongated strip shape. Since the connecting portion is provided so that the pressing force generated by the slightest error of the members to be joined to each other is absorbed by deforming the connecting portion, no abnormal force acts on the stator core, and the assembly work is processed. The number of steps can be reduced, the punching die can be simplified, and a stator core of stable quality can be provided.
