Abstract

ための複数の凹部とを設けた回路板を形成し、この回路
板の凹部にベアチップ,受動素子等を挿入固定して電気
的接続を行い、コネクタ部以外を全て外装樹脂部で封入
する構造とすることにより、ベアチップを含む回路部品
等を外部環境から遮断できるので長期間信頼性を保証す
ることができ、また回路部品を凹部に挿入固定できるの
で全体の厚さを薄くすることができる効果がある。
