2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an air-cooling dehumidification type clothes dryer has a drawback that the room air rises and the user feels uncomfortable because the room air is used as cooling air. For this reason, a water-cooled dehumidification type clothes dryer that does not raise the room temperature has been conventionally proposed, but the conventionally proposed water-cooled dehumidification type clothes dryer cools the circulating air blown by the centrifugal fan and the centrifugal fan with tap water. However, there is a drawback that an expensive aluminum fin type heat exchanger is required (for example, JP-A-63-122500).

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a centrifugal fan at the rear of a clothes drying drum, and the centrifugal fan sends circulating air to a blower wind tunnel, and the clothes drying drum of the blower wind tunnel is provided. A heater that heats the circulating air is installed on the inlet side, and a cooling water nozzle that blows cooling water to the centrifugal fan is installed on the centrifugal fan case side, and the centrifugal fan is directly cooled to dehumidify the moisture in the circulating air. It is a type of clothes dryer.

1 and 2, the clothes drying drum 1 is driven by a motor 2, a pulley 3 and a belt 4. A centrifugal fan 5 provided behind a clothes drying drum (hereinafter referred to as a drum) 1 is also driven by a motor 2, fan pulleys 6 and 7, and a fan belt 8. The centrifugal fan 5 is cooled with cooling water such as tap water sprayed from a cooling water nozzle 11 mounted on the fan case 10, and the circulating air b passing through the centrifugal fan 5 is directly cooled and dehumidified to be a circulating air c. Condensation water and cooling water in c are drain 12
Eject more. The injection amount of cooling water is controlled by an electromagnetic water supply valve 13 provided in the cooling water nozzle 11, a thermistor 14 for temperature detection provided in the circulating wind tunnel 9, and a controller 15.
Is controlled to the optimum amount. The dehumidified circulating air c is heated by the heater 16 provided in the preceding stage of the drum 1 to become the circulating air a and enters the drum 1 to dry the clothes 17.
The circulating wind b, which is the clothes 17 dried and moist, passes through the filter 18 and enters the centrifugal fan 5 to be cooled and dehumidified. By repeating this, the drying process proceeds. As the temperature inside the drum 1 rises near the end of drying, the thermistor 19 for temperature detection provided at the rear of the drum 1 and the controller 15 control the drying to end at the time of optimum dryness.
