[Conventional technology and its problems] Conventionally, drums, plastic containers, stainless steel containers, etc., have been used to transport, for example, juice extracted from fruit to a bottling factory for refilling into small batches. In particular, drums are widely used, and in addition to the above, various liquids, powders such as agricultural chemicals, metal powders, carbon powders, grains, potatoes, and other various items can be filled. The object of the present invention is to provide a novel foldable container that can replace the aforementioned large-sized liquid or powder storage containers that have been widely used in the past.

As is well known, drums are sturdy and can be used repeatedly, but on the other hand, there are many inconveniences such as having to return empty cans, storing empty cans, and cleaning the inside of empty cans. However, the reason drums are still in practical use is that no packaging container has been proposed that is a functional alternative for transporting and storing such heavy objects. For example, Jikko 45-
Publication No. 27551 proposes a liquid container, entitled "Liquid Container," which consists of a rectangular container made of cardboard and a synthetic resin container whose sides are curved inward in the shape of a drum and assembled into a cardboard box. However, it is not very foldable and is not sufficiently robust, so there are still problems in putting it into practical use.

[Means for Solving the Problems] Here, the present invention uses paper cardboard, that is, mainly double-sided cardboard, multi-sided cardboard, or multiple-sided cardboard, to create the following members. are fixed to each other as shown below to form a foldable cardboard container suitable for storing heavy items. That is, the body of the container is formed of a polygon of four or more sides that can be folded substantially flat, and flaps are extended from the lower edge of the polygonal cylinder body on each side separately, and when assembling the container, When the body part is expanded into a cylindrical shape), fold it inward and cover the top surface of the flap with the inner pad, while on the bottom side of the body part, insert a shape corresponding to the polygon. In addition to assembling the bottom plate with the above-mentioned bottom plate, joining pieces are also bored radially from each side of the bottom plate, and after this joining piece is overlapped with the outer circumferential surface of the body during assembly, the overlapping surfaces are joined together. do. As for the method of joining, the polymerized surfaces may be adhered to each other, or they may be removably fixed using mechanical fasteners, joints, fitting type rivets, hook-and-loop fasteners, etc., or adhesive tape or the like may be used. It may also be attached using. In addition, in the present invention, each joint piece connected to the outer periphery of the body as described above may be tightened together from the outside via a tightening band, thereby being able to withstand loads of about 50 to 500 kg. This allows for a container that can be used to hold Furthermore, when storing liquid in this container, a flexible inner bag mainly made of plastic is used to prevent liquid leakage, and after filling the inner bag with the liquid, It is necessary to store the inner bag together with the above-mentioned heavy container.

[Embodiment] FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of an octagonal column-shaped weight container according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure,
Reference numeral 11 designates the container body, and flaps 12a and 12b each having a shape as will be described later are attached to each side from the lower edge of the body. Reference numeral 13 denotes a middle pad which has a shape that fits inside the body portion 11 during assembly and which covers the upper surface of the flap. Reference numeral 14 denotes a bottom plate having the same polygonal shape as the body 11, and connecting pieces 15 are connected radially from the periphery of the bottom plate. Reference numeral 16 denotes a top cover, which has substantially the same structure as the bottom plate, and mounting pieces 17 are radially attached to the edge of the cover plate 16. FIG. 2 shows the body 1
1 is shown in the unfolded state, and reference numeral 11a in the figure is a ruled line that divides the body into a polygonal cylinder, and 11b is a connection margin that connects the body in an endless manner.Through this connection margin, the stitches 11b are mainly connected. Use this to form each cylinder into a cylindrical shape. 11
As will be described later, "c" is an overlapping surface used when joining the body part and the bottom plate, and refers to a band-shaped part drawn on the outer circumferential surface of the lower end of the body part 11.

In principle, each member described above is made using double-sided corrugated cardboard 1 or double-sided corrugated cardboard 2 as shown in Figures 3 and 4, and the latter is stronger than the former. Since they have a high hardness and a high rigidity, they are used appropriately depending on the type of contents, but of course a mixture of both may be used.
Furthermore, in addition to the above, double-sided corrugated cardboard having a three-layer structure or more can also be used.

In addition, a thermoplastic synthetic resin film 5 such as polyethylene or polypropylene is interposed between the core paper 3 and the liner 4 in each of the corrugated boxes, and is bonded to the outer surface of the liner 2.
By forming the PET film 6, its strength and water resistance can be further improved. Incidentally, the corrugated board used in the present invention does not necessarily need to be laminated with a synthetic resin film as described above, but it is at least necessary to perform waterproof treatment by adding means such as wax coating or wax impregnation. You can leave it there.

By the way, in the present invention, the above-mentioned water-resistant corrugated board is used as a material to form a body section having a shape as shown in FIG. are combined into a rectangular tube shape and made to repeat. The illustrated example is an octagonal rectangular tube formed through ruled lines 11a.
It is best to use a polygonal cylinder with as many edges as possible, such as a decagon or dodecagon, because this allows the cylinder to be made as close to a cylinder as possible. In addition, decagon, dodecagon,
Although it is preferable to have an even number of angles, if the number of sides is increased even with odd numbered angles, a substantially flat shape can be maintained when folded. In other words, polygonal tubes consisting of an odd number of pentagons, heptagons, etc. are a little bulky when folded, so it is preferable to use an even number of rectangular tubes, and as the number increases, the cross section becomes closer to circular. Therefore, it is better to adopt such a form.

The body part 11 is formed into a rectangular tube shape as described above, and then the flaps 12a and 12b extending from the lower edge of the body part 11 are folded inward. Thereafter, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the middle pad 13 is placed over the flap. This inner pad has a shape that corresponds to the polygon of the body 11, so it fits snugly inside (the fifth
~See Figure 6). In addition, the shape of the flaps extended from the lower edge of the torso should be adjusted so that every other flap has three
We used square and rectangular shapes, but if we do this, as shown in Figure 7, when the flaps are folded inside the body, they will not overlap each other and will fit in one plane, so we chose such a shape. It is better. However, even if they overlap with each other, there is no problem and it is not an essential requirement. Subsequently, the aforementioned bottom plate 14 is applied to the lowermost surface of the body 11, and a plurality of joint pieces 15 projecting radially from the periphery of the bottom plate are superimposed on the outer peripheral surface of the body during assembly. , surfaces that overlap each other are indicated by reference numeral 11c. A strong adhesive may be applied to this surface to fix it so that it will not peel off, or, for example, a pair of hook-and-loop fasteners may be attached to this overlapping surface 11c so that it can be removed before and after use. Good too. Furthermore, a plastic joint or rivet 20 as shown in FIGS.
It is also possible to drill the parts in advance and insert them through the through holes 21 so that they are fixed to each other and reinforced.

When each member is assembled in the manner described above, a container with an open top is formed, into which the stored items to be transported or stored are placed. If the stored item is a liquid or fluid, first insert a plastic inner bag 22 as shown in Figure 10 into the container, fill it with the stored item, and seal it (see Figure 11). reference). In addition, if it is a similar liquid product other than liquid, grain, or potato, it is also possible to directly put it in without using the inner bag. Of course, it is also possible to store items such as potted plants.

In addition, if a protrusion as shown by the reference numeral 23 in the figure is attached as a kind of bracket to the circumferential side of the body part 11 at a position on the diametrical line, the following effects will be exhibited. That is, when moving an article stored in a container, the fork of a forklift can be hooked to this bracket, or the hanger of a crane can be hooked to the bracket, which is advantageous when moving the article. In addition, this bracket 23 is the 12th to 13th bracket.
As shown in the figure, it is made up of an outer protrusion 23a and an inner abutment plate 23b, and both can be freely removed via a screw mechanism 25, and such a structure is adopted. This is advantageous in that it can be removed from the body when not in use, and therefore does not take up much bulk when the body is folded flat.

[Effects of the Invention] As mentioned above, the bottom structure of the present container includes a flap attached to the body sandwiched between the middle pad and the bottom plate in a sandwich-like manner, and a radial joint piece extending from the edge of the bottom plate. Attach it to the body itself,
When the load is large, the structure is tightened with a tightening band from the outside, so even though the main material is made of cardboard, it is strong enough to withstand the load even when storing heavy objects of about 50 to 500 kg. He shows his true potential and never fails. As a result, by appropriately adding a water-resistant function, the present invention is useful in that it can provide a container that can replace conventionally widely used metal drums or heavy-duty plastic containers. According to the results of trial production by the present inventor, a drum can with a dead weight of 60 kg, which is a conventional product, can be replaced with a drum can with a dead weight of 10 kg according to the present invention.
It can be used as an alternative container for kg.

In particular, since the main body of this container is made of paper cardboard, it can be incinerated after use, and it can be provided at a low price, significantly reducing packaging costs. It is also suitable as a one-way container. Furthermore, if the body and bottom plate of the container are fixed together by a removable coupling means such as a hook-and-loop fastener, the container can be reused. Therefore, the conventional
For example, compared to drum cans, oil cans, etc., which had to be recycled as is, regardless of whether they were filled or not, they are more convenient in terms of space. In particular, whether before or after use,
Since the container itself can be disassembled and folded for storage at any time, it is not bulky and is lightweight, making it easy to handle and is highly useful.
