Generally, a sanitary cleaning device, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, connects water supply pipes 3 and 4 connected to a water pipe to a toilet seat 2 of a toilet bowl 1 to local parts of the human body through a solenoid valve 5 and a heating device 6. A telescopic cleaning nozzle 7 is attached to the tip of the water supply pipe 4, and the water flowing into the heating device 6 via the solenoid valve 5 is heated to an appropriate temperature. It is configured so that it can be ejected from the cleaning nozzle 7 to clean the private parts. The cleaning nozzle 7 for spouting the cleaning water has a cylinder 8 as shown in FIG.
Then, the pressure receiving part 9a is slidably inserted into the cylinder 8, and the plunger 9 has a water spout 9c at its tip, and the plunger 9 has a cleaning water spout 10a at its upper end and stops on the water spout 9c side of the plunger 9. attached nozzle 10

As shown in FIG. 1, the cleaning nozzle 7 is installed diagonally downward in the case A of the sanitary cleaning device so that the spout 10a of the nozzle 10 is positioned toward the private part, and is inserted into the water inlet 13 of the cylinder 8. When heated cleaning water is supplied from the heating device 6, the pressure receiving part 9a of the plunger 9 compresses the compression spring 11 and slides due to the water pressure, pushing the channel tube 9b forward as shown in FIG. At the same time, the washing water is
It reaches the inside of the nozzle 10 from the spout 9c, and the nozzle 10
The liquid is guided to the spout 10a along the inner guide surface 10b, and is ejected from the spout 10a to cleanse the private parts.

However, in the cleaning nozzle 7 having the above-mentioned structure, the water outlet 9c of the plunger 9 is connected to the flow pipe 9 as shown in FIG. 5A.
A linear hole is formed in the center of the wall portion at the tip b, and the mouth edge on the water inlet side is at a right angle, so that when cleaning water flows from the plunger 9 to the nozzle 10 side, the inlet of the water spout 9c It enters in a state where it is sharply constricted at the edge and flows out into the nozzle 10 as it is. In this case, since the flow rate is narrowed down at the inlet of the water spout 9c, its effective cross-sectional area becomes smaller and the water flow rate becomes smaller. That is, when the water inlet pressure from the water inlet 13 is high, the jet flowing into the nozzle 10 from the water spout 9c comes to flow away from the wall inside the water spout 9c. This is thought to be due to the existence of a negative pressure near the inner circumferential surface of the wall and an air layer. As a result, the flow rate of the cleaning water jetted from the nozzle 10 decreases, and it takes longer to clean the private parts. There was a risk that the product could not be cleaned hygienically.

In addition, when the inlet of the water spout 9c is formed in an angular shape, the above-mentioned phenomenon occurs due to the relationship between the ratio l/d of the diameter d and the length l of the water spout 9c and the water inlet pressure. As a result of experiments, it was found that the smaller l/d and the higher the water inlet pressure, the more likely it is to occur. Therefore, in the above case, the effective cross-sectional area of the water spout 9c is substantially reduced and the flow rate is reduced.

In order to solve the above problem, if the water inlet pressure from the water inlet 13 is lowered, the cleaning water becomes
As shown in the figure, the water contracts once when it enters the water spout 9c a little, and then expands again to its fullest extent and flows inside the water spout 9c. In this case, since the inlet water pressure is low, the amount of throttling at the spout 9c is reduced, and a flow rate approximately close to the area of the spout 9c is obtained.
The jet stream from the water spout 9c is rarely spouted in a straight line (poor straightness), and as a result, it collides with the guide surface 10b of the nozzle 10,
Because it causes diffused reflection and is ejected from the ejection port 10a,
The jetting power was considerably reduced, and there was a risk that local soiled areas could not be effectively cleaned. Further, since the nozzle 10 is attached to the plunger 9 so that the axis of the plunger 9 matches the center of the opening of the nozzle 10 located on the plunger 9 side, the water spout 9
The incident angle θ of the jet from point c becomes larger as shown in FIG. For this reason, the jet collides with the guide surface 10b of the nozzle 10 and is ejected with a somewhat weakened ejection force, which is a major factor in reducing cleaning performance. Furthermore, since the spout 10a of the nozzle 10 is usually circular, the cleaning water flows through the spout 10a.
When the water is ejected from the water, it is concentric with the spout 10a, and the further it gets from the spout 10a, the more it is diffused, so the cleaning water cleans an area that is approximately equidistant to the left and right, front and back, centering on the private area. . In other words, unnecessary parts other than the private parts are also cleaned, which makes the use of cleaning water inefficient, and it is not possible to intensively clean only the dirty parts of the private parts, and cleaning is often performed while moving the human body. There was a risk of getting your clothes wet. In addition, the spout 9c has a small diameter,
Moreover, since a hole is formed at the tip of the flow path cylinder 9b of the plunger 9, if the water spout 9c becomes clogged with foreign matter, it is difficult to clean it, and there is a possibility that the amount of cleaning water jetted out will be reduced.

Therefore, this device eliminates the above-mentioned problems and maintains the amount and power of the water jetted to clean the private parts at a constant level, and limits the range of water jetting, thereby making it possible to use the water more efficiently when cleaning the private parts. To provide a cleaning nozzle for a sanitary cleaning device that can be used frequently to perform comfortable private part cleaning.

In order to achieve the above objectives, the present invention consists of a cylinder to which cleaning water is supplied, a plunger that slides inside the cylinder, a nozzle body that is fitted onto the tip of the plunger, and a nozzle body that is fixed to the nozzle body. In a sanitary cleaning device equipped with a nozzle head,
A water discharge passage having a diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the flow pipe of the plunger is provided slightly behind the tip of the plunger,
Moreover, the rear end of this water discharging passage faces the water passage hole, and the rear end gradually expands in a tapered shape as it goes toward the water passage hole, so that the size of the opening end can be adjusted. It is characterized by having a slightly smaller diameter than the water passage hole.

In FIG. 6, the tip of the plunger 21, which has the pressure receiving portion 9a inserted into the cylinder 8, on the opposite side from the pressure receiving portion 22a is formed to have the same diameter as the inner diameter of the flow path cylinder 22, and is opened, and the inside of this open end a. A water passage hole 23 having a diameter slightly smaller than the above-mentioned inner diameter is bored here. A nozzle body 24 is attached to the tip of the plunger 21, as shown in FIG.
This nozzle body 24 has a plunger 21 inside it.
At a position on the same axis as the water passage hole 23, a water discharge passage 25 is formed, which has an inner diameter smaller than the inner diameter c of the water passage hole 23, and whose overall length is equal to or slightly longer than the inner diameter c of the water passage hole 23. has been
This nozzle body 24 is the opening end a of the plunger 21.
The plunger 21 is removably fitted to the tip of the plunger 21 via a sealing member such as an O-ring while surrounding the plunger 21 . A plunger 2 is attached to the nozzle body 24.
A water discharge passage 25 formed corresponding to the water passage hole 23 of No. 1
As shown in Figures 9 and 10, the water passage hole 2
The inner edge on the opening end side facing 3 is widened in a flap-like manner within a range that does not exceed the inner diameter of the water passage hole 23, so that the jet flow from the water passage hole 23 can flow smoothly. On the tip side of the nozzle body 24, as shown in FIG. The nozzle head 26 is fixed by high frequency welding or the like by shifting its position relative to the nozzle head 26, that is, by largely shifting the axis on the nozzle head side upward, so that the inner lower surface of the water discharge passage 25 almost matches the guide surface 26a of the nozzle head 26. . At the upper end of the nozzle head 26, a jet port 27 having a substantially elliptical cross section is opened, as shown in FIG. This spout 27
is set at a ratio of approximately 2:1 so that it becomes longer in the front-rear direction of the human body and shorter in the left-right direction of the human body. That is, the cleaning water is ejected in a nearly belt-like manner so that only the locally soiled area can be cleaned.

In the figure, reference numeral 28 denotes an air hole bored on the side of the guide surface 26a of the nozzle head 26. When the cleaning water is jetted out, the air flowing through the air hole 28 is sucked into the cleaning water, and the cleaning water flows through the jetting outlet. When ejecting from 27, it generates turbulent flow to moderate the ejection force a little and cleans private parts with a soft sensation.

When the cleaning water heated by the heating device 6 is supplied to the water inlet 13 of the cylinder 8, it reaches the inside of the pressure receiving part 22a of the plunger 21, and the inlet pressure of the cleaning water pushes the plunger 21 against the compression spring 11. By this pushing motion, the water passage hole 23 side at the tip of the plunger 21 is pushed out in the right direction, and the cleaning water reaches the water passage hole 23 through the flow pipe tube 22 of the plunger 21. The cleaning water that has reached the water hole 23 flows through the plunger 21
The water flows through the opening end a of the nozzle passage 25 through the widened part b of the nozzle passage 25 provided inside the nozzle body 24, flows through the water spouting passage 25, and is jetted out from the spout 27 of the nozzle head 26. At this time, the jetting force of the cleaning water is low because the water discharge pressure is low.

Then, as the hot water inflow pressure gradually increases and the pressure receiving part 22a of the plunger 21 comes into contact with the buffer material 29 provided in the cylinder 8 as shown in FIG. 8, and the extrusion of the plunger 21 stops, the nozzle body
The cleaning water spouted into the nozzle head 26 from the water spouting passage 25 increases its flow velocity, is guided along the guide surface 26a of the nozzle head 26, and is engulfed by the air flowing in from the air hole 28 and jetted out from the spout 27 to reach the local area. Wash.

Further, when the cleaning water starts to be ejected from the nozzle head 26 at a predetermined ejection force, the plunger 2
Water discharge passage 2 of the nozzle body 24 from the water passage hole 23 of 1
5, the cleaning water flows into the widened part b of the water discharge passage 25.
There is no large difference in the inner diameter between the open end of the water passage hole 23 of the plunger 21, and the widening part b of the water discharge passage 25 is gradually enlarged toward the water passage hole 23 side. Because it is installed at an angle, even if the flow velocity (water discharging force) changes from the initial stage of cleaning until the jetting force becomes uniform and hot water is spewed out, it will not be narrowed down suddenly, but will be narrowed down gradually. Since the jet flows from the water spouting passage 25 into the water spouting passage 25, the jet stream from the water spouting passage 25 is discharged in a state that is approximately equal to the inner diameter dimension d of the water spouting passage 25. As mentioned above, this is due to the change in the jetting force from the time the cleaning starts until the cleaning water is jetted out at a constant jetting force, and the change in the jetting force by adjusting the pressure regulating valve (not shown) during cleaning. In this case, the cleaning water fed from the plunger 21 to the nozzle head 26 flows through the flow pipe 2.
2→Water hole 23→Water outlet 25→Water outlet passage 25 in a gradually narrowed state as the water flows through the small water passage 25 through the widened portion b of the water outlet passage 25. As a result, it is possible to prevent the inside of the water spouting passage 25 from becoming negative pressure and creating an air layer, or from generating air bubbles within the inlet edge of the water spouting passage 25. As a result, the cleaning water Even if the jetting force changes during the jetting, the nozzle head 2
The amount of water ejected from the water outlet 6 can be approximately equal to the cross-sectional area of the water discharge passage 25. Next, since the total length of the water spouting passage 25 is longer than the inner diameter c of the water passage hole 23, the jet flow from the water spouting passage 25 is
The water is discharged in a straight line according to the inner diameter of the water discharge passage 25,
The nozzle head 26 fixed to the nozzle body 24 is guided along the guide surface 26a with the guide surface 26a substantially aligned with the inner lower surface of the water spouting passage 25, without reducing the flow velocity too much, and the jet nozzle 27
It squirts out toward the private parts in a state that is more like a band, and cleans the dirty parts of the private parts. Because the cleaning water jetted from the nozzle head is jetted only in the front-back direction of the human body centering on the private parts due to the shape of the spout 27, only the soiled parts can be effectively cleaned.

(1) The nozzle body is equipped with a water spouting passage that has a large diameter opening on the inlet side of the cleaning water and a small diameter opening on the outflow side, so the flow rate from the water spouting passage remains unchanged even if the water inlet pressure changes. An amount approximately equal to the effective area of the water discharge passage can always be obtained. That is, since the flow rate of the cleaning water jetted from the nozzle can always be obtained in an amount corresponding to the jetting force, private parts can be cleaned effectively.

(2) Also, since the water spouting passage is formed with the required length, the jet is discharged with straightness, and the nozzle head fixed to the nozzle body has its guide surface almost aligned with the lower surface of the water spouting passage. Since they are made to match, the jet stream is ejected from the nozzle with almost no reduction in its ejection force, so it is possible to eject cleaning water without causing a decrease in flow rate by arbitrarily selected ejection force. Local cleansing can be done comfortably and quickly.

(3) Furthermore, the nozzle body is removably inserted into the tip of the plunger, and the tip of the plunger has a large opening, so even if foreign matter gets into the plunger or the nozzle body, it can be easily disassembled. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate the problem of a decrease in the amount of hot water spouted due to the intrusion of foreign matter or a clogging of the water spouting passage and the inability to spout hot water.
