[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] It is our family and home visits that provide us with appropriate medical information, such as letting us know the time when it was taken or confirming whether or not we have taken medicine. There is no other helper to help me than my relatives and medical staff. In recent years, an increasing number of people are engaged in social life by taking medications at home, as shown by the enormous medical expenses, toward an aging society. It is a group of patients and patients called so-called adult diseases and chronic diseases. Most are treated by taking medicine at home. However, for patients with these chronic illnesses, the daily action of taking medicine is too simple, and after the time of administration, the patient's subjective symptoms are poor and the patient feels well before and after taking medicine. Due to the nature of the disease, in which no change is felt, one often experiences anxiety about whether or not it is really taken. It seems that so-called forgetful drinking is common among patients who are elderly or have a busy social life. It is even more difficult for patients with audio-visual impairment to confirm that they are taking medicine.

From the patient's side, depending on the content of the medicine, it is complicated and various, such as taking before meals, after meals, taking two tablets at a time, or taking three tablets at a time. From the doctor's point of view, the treatment of so-called chronic diseases such as systemic hypertension, diabetes, chronic gastritis, and hyperlipidemia may take a long period of time due to the nature of the disease, and the content of the prescription may also become complicated. Each specialist prescribes a drug strictly approved by the Ministry of Health and Welfare for each disease, for the required period and in the required amount.

The pharmacological therapeutic effect depends on the blood concentration of the drug. Therefore, the medication time should be respected. Actually, the medication time at the hospital at the time of hospitalization and treatment is strict, and the nurse of the medication department is responsible for drug delivery. However, the reality is that it is not always the case when looking at the medication situation at home.

The problem here is that the patient consequently does not take the medicine. The reason is that even if you have a willingness to take medicine, you forget it,
This is because there is no easy way to confirm whether or not you have taken medicine.

From the patient's side, when it is uncertain whether or not the medicine has been taken, it is uncertain whether the medicine should be taken. However, since there are no subjective symptoms, it is better not to take it rather than worrying about side effects by taking a large amount of medicines in duplicate, so if there is no abnormality, hopefully think, It is the psychology of many patients that occurs quite naturally. In other words, the probability of not taking it is higher.

Here, a further problem is the danger to the human body due to not taking the necessary medicine. In diabetes, places where an oral hypoglycemic agent should be taken at a predetermined time become hyperglycemic if not taken, and hypoglycemic if taken repeatedly, which causes a very dangerous state for the human body. The same is true in patients treated for hypertension, and if taken incorrectly, it may cause cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, and myocardial infarction. This is a fact that children with overwhelmingly concentrated onset of accidental complications associated with hypertension from night to midnight. It seems that people often forget to drink during the night.

Since each patient has a fixed examination date of the attending physician, he / she regularly visits the hospital, and inevitably there will be an excess of medicine. Therefore, it seems that the old medicine is discarded. Considering the nationwide scale, the number of meds to be discarded seems to be considerable. Expensive meds also cause them to be destroyed without our knowledge. The present invention has been made to solve the problems described in detail above.

EFFECT OF THE INVENTION By providing medical information accurately,
Since you will be taking a prescribed amount of medicine at the prescribed time, you will be able to maximize the effect of the medicine. As a result, it is possible to avoid extremely dangerous situations for the human body, such as stabilization of blood sugar in diabetes and myocardial infarction or cerebrovascular accident in hypertensive patients. Then, by visually, audibly, and tactually seeing the display board of the watch, it is possible to easily confirm whether or not to take the medicine and the date of next hospital visit. In addition, since the drug will be taken without excess or deficiency, it is not necessary to discard the medicine. With the increasing number of patients with chronic diseases in the aging of society, less drugs will be discarded than it is now, and valuable drug costs will not be wasted. In addition, even today, when it is said that there is a shortage of nurses, even if it is a doll, if there is a nurse in our home, who manages medication as shown in Fig. Give a sense of peace of mind to the family that supports you.
By providing a remarks column on the paper, you can describe changes in your condition, etc. By having your doctor see you on the day of your examination, you can convey your daily changes in physical condition in more detail. Recently, blood pressure monitors for home use have become widespread, and there are even reports of blood pressure at home from patients. Please write in the remarks column.
