(Prior art) For wheels for various vehicles, the disc part and rim part are molded separately, and the parts obtained by molding into two or three pieces are connected with bolts or the like to form the desired wheel. This has been practiced in various ways in the past. In other words, by manufacturing the disk part and the rim part as separate parts, even if a casting method is used, there is no need for huge molds, and it is possible to use cast parts and rolled parts in combination, which improves design and A product that is advantageous in terms of strength and so on can be obtained.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the conventional multi-piece disc as described above, it is necessary to provide a hole for bolt connection at the connection part of the disc part to the rim part. The strength of the portion where the perforations are provided is reduced, and stress is concentrated in such a connecting portion, so it is necessary to make the connecting portion considerably thick.

As mentioned above, the rim connection part at the periphery of the disk part is made thicker to increase strength, which naturally requires a large amount of material, which increases the cost and the overall weight of the wheel, making it difficult to use aluminum wheels. However, the lightness of the product is inevitably impaired to some extent.

(Example) A concrete embodiment of the present invention as described above is explained as shown in the attached drawings. This embodiment includes a disk part 1 which is a cast body and two rim members 2 and 3 which are made of rolled material. As shown in FIG. 3, they are connected by bolts 4 and nuts 5. In the present invention, a shaft hole 13 and an opening 14 are provided in the disk portion 1, and the bolts 4 are provided on the circumferential side. Bolt holes 11 are arranged in a row for insertion, and between these bolt holes 11, hollow parts 12 are formed which are open in the circumferential direction of the disk part 1 as shown in FIG. A small protrusion 15 is formed in the radial direction at the portion where the bolt hole 11 is formed between such hollow parts 12. Further, the rim member as described above is formed by an inner rim member 2 and an outer rim member 3, and the proximal ends of these rim members 2 and 3 are overlapped to form a disc part with a bolt 4 and a nut 5 as described above. 1, but a through hole 22 as shown in FIG. 5 is bored between the bolt holes 21, so that the hole 22 is overlapped with the hollow part 12 as shown in FIG. There is.

The structure of the rim members 2 and 3 is as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, and the inner and outer rim parts are formed by bending at right angles from the overlapping attachment parts of each member 2 and 3. As shown in FIG. 3, the peripheral edge of the disk portion 1 is assembled so as to be substantially joined to the inside of the right-angled bent portion of the outer rim portion as described above, but as described above, it is assembled so that it is open in the circumferential direction. As shown in FIG. 4, a gap 18 corresponding to the height of the protruding portion 15 is formed between the hollow portion 12 and the inner circumferential surface of the outer rim member 3. In the opening 14 described above, the outer circumferential side of the disk portion 1 has a shape that follows the circular arc, and the inner circumferential side has a shape that is 150°.
Three gigantic openings 14 having an obtuse angle as described above are arranged at equal intervals, and the openings 14, 1
As shown in FIG. 2, two recessed holes 16 are formed on the back side between the four spaces. That is, the opening 14 and the recessed hole 16 ensure the necessary strength in the disk portion 1, and also reduce the weight.

That is, according to the present invention as described above, the strength is ensured in the disc part 1 by the opening part 14 and the recessed hole part 16, and the weight is reduced. By forming the hollow parts 12 that are open in the circumferential direction, a large number of hollow parts 12 can be formed in the peripheral parts of the disk part 1, resulting in a significant weight reduction. Regarding each of the rim members 2 and 3 attached and fixed to the periphery of the disc portion 1, a through hole 22 is formed between each bolt hole 21 at the base end of the rim member so as to match the hollow portion 12. It is clear that preferable weight reduction can also be achieved by arranging such a through hole 22 in each of the rim members 2 and 3, and also through such a through hole 22, when the wheel rotates, as shown in FIG. By forming a flow of gas or liquid as shown by arrow A in the figure, it is possible to smoothly discharge mud, rainwater, etc. that have entered and accumulated in the hollow part 12 along the rim member, thereby maintaining the part in a clean state. Furthermore, due to the flow of gas, the important boundary connecting portion between the disk portion 1 and the rim member is constantly air-cooled, thereby reducing the temperature of the main portion of the wheel during high-speed driving.

``Effect of the invention'' According to the invention as explained above, it is possible to appropriately reduce the weight of wheels for this type of vehicle while ensuring strength, and furthermore, it is possible to appropriately reduce the weight of wheels for this type of vehicle. It has the effect of preventing mud, moisture, etc. from accumulating and condensing in the hollow part of the disc part formed for cooling, and also allows fluids such as air to pass smoothly through important parts, providing an air cooling effect. This is a highly effective idea in practical terms.
