(Problem to be solved by the invention) The purpose is achieved by absorbing and alleviating the impact load at the time of a fall, which is applied as a tearing force to the buffer part of the shock absorber for safety belts with the above structure, by the dissociation resistance of the sewing thread. However, the polymer binding part that makes up this buffer part is only sewn in length and number of threads, and the rest is done randomly using an industrial sewing machine, and when sewing multiple threads in the length direction of the belt, , sewing is done without any relationship between the stitching of the sewing machine and the sewing threads and weft threads of the belt, and if three sewing threads or weft threads of the belt are inserted into one pitch of perforation, only two or one thread are inserted. In some cases, if the belt has only one warp or weft thread, sewing thread may have higher strength, and this may result in unexpected breakage of the belt's woven fibers. When actually measuring the impact buffering effect of the absorber, the 6th
As shown in the figure, the shock waveform had peaks and troughs, and could not be said to be a smooth buffering effect.

(Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, in the present invention, cloth 5 having a weave density higher than that of the belt 1 and thinner than the belt 1 is polymerized on both outer sides of the overlapping portion 2 of the belt 1. A buffer section 4 is formed by stitching the fabric with thread 3, thereby providing a smooth buffering effect.

(Example) In the present invention, the central part in the length direction of a narrow woven belt made of synthetic fibers is folded back and polymerized, and both sides of the overlapped part 2 have a weaving density greater than that of the belt 1. The buffer portion 4 is constructed by applying a thin piece of cloth 5 and sewing the thread 3 over the cloth piece 5. The buffer portion 4 is usually sewn continuously in multiple strips in the length direction. Further, both ends of the belt 1 are sewn into a ring shape to form both ends 11 and 12 for tying hooks, safety equipment, ropes, etc., and the both ends 11 and 12 are covered with a cover 6.

(Operations and Effects of the Invention) The shock absorber of the present invention having the above configuration is connected to a safety belt attached to the waist of a worker and a predetermined intermediate point between a rope connected to the safety belt and having a hook or the like at the tip to be attached to a structure, etc. In the event that a worker falls, the force applied to both ends 11 and 12 becomes a tearing force in the buffer part 4, and the resistance to dissociation of the sewing thread 3 absorbs and alleviates the impact of the fall. , by the cloth pieces 5 attached to both sides of the overlapping part 2,
Irregular entanglement between the sewing thread 3 and the weft thread of the belt 1 is corrected, and stable dissociation of the sewing thread 3 is performed, thereby providing a smooth cushioning effect. In other words, when the buffer part 4 is formed by sewing the overlapping part 2 of the belt 1 in the longitudinal direction of the belt, the stitching pitch of the sewing machine is constant, but the warp or weft threads constituting the belt 1 are There may be one, two or three perforations per pitch, and by simultaneously sewing pieces of cloth 5 with a density greater than the weave density of the belt 1, As shown in FIG. 7, the number of threads 51 in the cloth piece 5 that fit between one pitch of perforations is almost the same, and the belt 1
By relaxing the amount of warp or weft and both,
It is possible to configure the resistance when the sewing thread 3 is released per pitch of perforation to be approximately the same. In addition, by simultaneously sewing pieces of cloth 5 with a large weave density to the overlapping part 2 to form the buffer part 4, there is no possibility that parts where the sewing thread 3 sinks into the weave of the belt 1 and parts where it does not coexist. , the sewing stitches appear stably on the cloth piece 5, the required length of sewing thread per pitch of perforation is constant, and the resistance to its separation becomes smooth.

Furthermore, as another embodiment, it is also possible to similarly affix and sew continuous pieces of cloth 5 to both sides of the overlapping portion 2 as the belt 1 is overlapping, which has the same effect.

Furthermore, the same effect can be obtained by covering the overlapping portion 2 with a cylindrical cloth 5 similar to the cloth piece 5 described above.
