[Detailed explanation of the invention] [Purpose of the invention] (Field of industrial use) The invention is a method for growing seedlings of various vegetables, flowering trees, etc., to an appropriate size by arranging them in large numbers in a nursery bed or nursery box. This article relates to a pot for raising seedlings that is used to grow seeds.

(Prior Art) Generally, this type of pot for raising seedlings is shaped like a pot with an open top and a bottom, as shown by reference numeral 1 in FIG.
This is a thin, integrally molded product made of synthetic resin such as polyethylene, and is commonly called a polypot. It comes in a square pot shape as shown, and a round pot shape (not shown), and its bottom plate part A small drainage hole 3 is formed in the center of 2.

In such a seedling-raising pot 1, a medium A (cultivating soil, rock wool, etc.) is placed inside, and seedlings B of plants such as various vegetables and flowering trees are planted therein. Use it by arranging a large number of them and growing them until they reach an appropriate size. When the seedling B produces many hairy roots and grows to a predetermined size, the seedling B is pulled out from the pot 1 for raising seedlings together with the base A and transplanted to a planting site.

By the way, in the conventional pot 1 for raising seedlings described above, when seedlings B grown to a certain size are to be planted, it is not possible to transplant them to a planting site while they are still planted in the pot 1. The conventional pot for raising seedlings 1 has a bottom plate part 2.
Since only a small drainage hole 3 is made, even if the seedlings are transplanted to a permanent planting site, the roots cannot spread widely and the seedlings cannot grow. Therefore, as mentioned above, it is necessary to pull out the seedling B together with the substrate A at the base of the pot 1, which is a very troublesome and time-consuming process. There was a problem in which the medium A fell off or the hair roots broke, which adversely affected the establishment and growth after transplantation.

For this reason, some methods have been adopted in which the bottom plate part 2 of the seedling-raising pot 1 is cut off with scissors or a knife and transplanted to the planting site, but even in this case, the bottom plate part 2
There was a problem in that the work of cutting out each piece was troublesome and very troublesome, and it caused a significant drop in work efficiency.

Therefore, the present applicant previously proposed a pot for raising seedlings in which perforations were made on the periphery of the bottom plate. If this is the case, when planting seedling B, the bottom can be easily cut off through the perforation and the seedling can be opened wide, so the seedling can be left in the pot without being pulled out together with the multilayer soil, and the roots can be prevented from collapsing. It can be transplanted to a permanent planting site relatively efficiently without causing any inconvenience.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the pot for raising seedlings of the earlier application mentioned above, in order to make the bottom part removable, perforations etc. must be made during molding, which increases the number of manufacturing steps and costs. In addition to being expensive, once used, the bottom part is cut off and left wide open, making it uneconomical to reuse for raising seedlings.

This invention was developed in view of the above circumstances, and is easy to manufacture.
In addition to not incurring high costs, it is very easy and efficient to transplant seedlings that have grown to a certain size to a permanent planting site, and it can be done smoothly without causing root collapse, etc. Establishment/
To provide a very economical pot for raising seedlings that can be reused for raising seedlings even after being used once without worrying about adversely affecting growth.

(Means and effects for solving the problem) In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the seedling raising pot of the present invention is a pot-shaped outer pot made of thin-walled synthetic resin with an open top and a drainage hole formed in the bottom. and an inner pot made of thin synthetic resin with an open top and bottom surface that is removably fitted into the outer pot and houses a substrate for planting seedlings inside. Insert the inner pot into the pot to create a double-pot structure, fill it with double layer, plant the desired seedlings, and once the seedlings have grown to a certain size, remove only the outer pot. Remove it and transplant it to the planting site with the inner pot intact. This allows the seedlings to spread their roots widely from the open bottom of the inner pot to the planting site without collapsing together with the soil in the inner pot, allowing them to smoothly settle and grow. Furthermore, since the bottom of the inner pot as well as the outer pot is not cut off as in the conventional method, even after one use, it is possible to stack the inner and outer pots again and use them for raising seedlings.

(Example) An example of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. In the figure, reference numeral 11 denotes an outer pot made of a thin-walled molded product made of synthetic resin such as polyethylene, which is shaped like a rectangular pot with an open top, similar to the conventional pot. This outer pot 11 has a small drainage hole 13 formed in the center of the bottom 12. . 21 is the inner pot, which is coded 22
Other than the bottom part indicated by , it is a thin-walled molded product made of synthetic resin such as polyethylene and has the same size and shape as the outer pot 11 and has an open top. It is molded in a free state. In addition, both the inner and outer pots 11, 21 are shaped like pots and taper in diameter toward the lower end, so that the inner pot 21 can be removably fitted into the outer pot 11, and the inner and outer pots can be inserted into and removed from each other. It has a double pot structure.

In the above-mentioned pot for raising seedlings, the inner pot 21 is fitted into the outer pot 11 to form a double pot structure, inside and outside. Plant the desired seedling B. In this state, a large number of seedlings B are lined up in a nursery bed or in a nursery box and used to grow them until they reach an appropriate size, as in the conventional method.

Once the seedling B has produced many hair roots and has grown to a predetermined size, it is transplanted to a permanent planting site. without doing anything,
Only the outer pot body 11 is removed. The inner pot 21 is now exposed with the bottom 22 completely open. In this state, seedling B is placed inside pot 21.
The inner pot 21 is transplanted to a planting site while still planted. By doing this, the seedling B can be transplanted very easily and without inconveniences such as root collapse, and since the bottom 22 of the inner pot 21 is enlarged, the seedling B is prevented from extending its roots. Instead of being affected, the plant spreads its roots widely in the planting site and smoothly settles and grows.

また、従来の如く子苗Bをその根元の倍地Aと

In addition, there is no need for the troublesome work of pulling out the seedling B together with the substrate A at the base of the pot as in the past, and there is no need for the troublesome work of cutting off the bottom plate of the pot. Since it can be transplanted while it is still planted within the 21-cm container, the transplanting process becomes very simple and efficient, resulting in significant labor savings. There is no need to worry about cutting, and the rooting and growth after transplantation will be much better.

Furthermore, in the seedling raising pot having the above structure, the bottom of not only the outer pot 11 but also the inner pot 21 is not cut off as in the conventional method when planting, so even after using it once, the inner and outer pots 11 and 21 can be stacked again to raise seedlings. It becomes possible to use it.

Since the present invention has been made as described above, it has a simple structure and form with no perforations on either the inner or outer pot, so it is easy to manufacture, and even with a double pot structure inside and outside, the cost does not increase so much. With,
When transplanting seedlings that have grown to a certain size, all you have to do is remove the outer pot, making the transplanting process very simple and efficient. This is an extremely economical pot for raising seedlings, which can be reused for raising seedlings even after being used once, without worrying about adverse effects on establishment and growth.
