Abstract

PURPOSE:To quicken a discrimination processing of retransmitting data by transmitting simultaneously the retransmitting data and data varied again at the time of retransmitting the data, and also, adding a discriminating signal. CONSTITUTION:When data is varied, varied data is transmitted, and in the case a reception confirming signal generated from a receiving side arrives within a certain determined confirmation time, transmission of the data is completed, and in a first case the reception confirming signal does not arrive, and also, the data is not varied again, the data is retransmitted. Subsequently, in a second case the reception confirming signal does not arrive, and the data is varied again, the data is retransmitted, and thereafter, the data varied again is transmitted. In such a state, in a first case, the data and the discriminating signal are re-transmitted by the same packet, and in a second case, the data, the data varied again and the discriminating signal are transmitted by the same packet. In such a way, a transmission timing of the latest data is not delayed, and also, a discrimination processipng of retransmitting data can be quickened by the discriminating signal.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, this type of data transmission system transmits the changed data each time the data is generated, that is, when the data is changed. At this time, the incoming call is confirmed by the arrival of a reception confirmation signal from the receiving side. The data transmission has been completed. If this reception confirmation signal does not arrive within a certain confirmation time (hereinafter referred to as ACK = Acknowledge time), the data is retransmitted.
If the data does not change again during the K time, the data is retransmitted as it is. If the data changes again during the ACK time, the previous data is retransmitted and the data after the change is transmitted again. Alternatively, only the changed data is transmitted again. Incidentally, as a data transmission method, there is also a method of transmitting all data in a fixed cycle other than the above-mentioned method.

As described above, in the conventional example, when the data changes again at the time of ACK timeout, the data after the change is transmitted again after the previous data is retransmitted. However, there is a problem that the transmission timing will be delayed if is continuously changed.
Further, in the method of transmitting only the changed data again, it is difficult for the receiving side to identify the changed data again, and there is a problem that the processing takes time.

According to the data transmission method of the present invention, when the data changes, the changed data is transmitted, and a reception confirmation signal is sent from the receiving side within a predetermined confirmation time. In the case, the transmission of the data is completed, and in the first case in which the reception confirmation signal has not arrived and the data has not changed again, the data is retransmitted,
In the second case in which the reception confirmation signal has not arrived and the data has changed again, in the first case in the packet transmission data transmission method in which the data is retransmitted and then the changed data is transmitted again. Retransmits the data and the identification signal in the same packet, and in the second case, transmits the data, the changed data and the identification signal in the same packet.

Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a sequence showing a signal transmission / reception procedure of this embodiment. FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing the transmission format of the transmission signal of this embodiment. In FIG. 1, when data 1 is generated, this data 1 is transmitted to the receiving side device, and A

The ACK signal could not be received and the packet was retransmitted. At this time, since the data 2 has not changed again, the identification bit of the packet is retransmitted as "0". The reception side device identifies "0" of the identification bit and processes the data 2.

When the data 3 is generated, the data 3 was transmitted to the receiving side device, but the ACK signal could not be received. At this time, the data 3 changed again and became the data 4, so that the packet identification is performed. The bit is set to "1" and the data 3 and the data 4 are retransmitted together. The receiving side device identifies "1" of the identification bit and performs processing according to the system. The transmission format of the signal in each case described above is as shown in FIG.

As described above, according to the present invention, when the data is retransmitted, the retransmitted data and the changed data are simultaneously transmitted and the identification signal is added. Therefore, the transmission timing of the latest data is delayed. And the identification signal speeds up the process of identifying retransmission data.
