On the other hand, fiberboard such as soft fiberboard is well known as a construction material used for the walls and ceilings of such buildings, and it is also common to have many semi-through holes on the surface to enhance the sound absorption effect. Are known.

However, such fiberboard building materials
The fiberboard itself has the elasticity to expand and contract depending on environmental conditions such as surrounding humidity, so when applying a decorative cloth to the surface and applying a decorative finish, the fiberboard itself will expand and contract over time after installation. This has the disadvantage that gaps are created at the joints of the makeup cloth, resulting in poor makeup appearance.

In addition, for this reason, the surface of such fiberboard construction materials is usually decorated by painting, but the sound absorption holes on the surface of the fiberboard are exposed on the decorative surface, and this is because the fiberboard is a flexible material. Furthermore, although it can be used as a ceiling material, it is not preferable to use such a fiberboard surface as a wall material because it is easily scratched.

(Purpose of the invention) In view of the above, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a sound absorbing material that can be finished with a cloth and can be used as a wall material, while also significantly improving its sound absorption performance. It is.

(Structure of the invention) In order to achieve the above object, the structure of the sound absorbing material of the invention consists of a surface material such as plywood having a large number of through holes on the surface, and a fiberboard having a plurality of grooves on the surface. The through holes of the surface layer material are located at the positions corresponding to the concave grooves of the fiberboard, and are laminated and integrated so as to form sound absorbing holes. As a result, the elasticity of the fiberboard is suppressed by the surface material provided on the surface of the fiberboard, making it possible to achieve a cloth finish with a good cosmetic appearance, and also making it possible to use it as a wall material. The formation of the material holes and the fact that the interior of the sound absorption holes is made of a fiberboard layer, together with the excellent sound absorption properties of the fiberboard itself, greatly improves the sound absorption performance.

FIG. 1 shows a sound absorbing material A according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which 1 is a composite board constituting a substrate, and the composite board 1 is bonded to a surface material 2 such as plywood and the back surface of the surface material 2. The fiberboard 3 is integrally laminated. A large number of through holes 4, 4... are formed on the surface of the surface material 2, and several parallel stripes are formed on the surface of the fiberboard 3 corresponding to each row of through holes 4, 4... of the surface material 2. The surface layer material 2 and the fiberboard 3 have through holes 4, 4... of the surface layer material 2 at corresponding positions of the grooves 5, 5... of the fiberboard 3. They are integrally laminated so as to form sound absorption holes 6, 6, . . .

The diameter of the through-hole 4 in the surface material 2 is not particularly limited, but if it exceeds 15 mmφ, it is not preferable because the cosmetic cloth will be easily damaged when it is attached to the surface, and it is usually 2 to 10 mmφ. It is preferable to set it at a certain level. Further, the concave grooves 5 of the fiberboard 3 may be provided to intersect in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the width thereof is not particularly limited, but is set to be equal to or larger than the diameter of the through hole 4 of the surface material 2. It is preferable to do so. In addition, the through holes 4 of the surface material 2

As shown in Fig. 2, the sound absorbing material A constructed in this way is manufactured by first attaching a sound insulating sheet 8 to a wall base or ceiling base 7, and then nailing it over the sound insulating sheet 8 with the fiberboard 3 side facing back. Alternatively, a plurality of sheets are butt-joined together while being fixed together using a combination of nails and adhesives to form a series, forming an interior base of a soundproof structure that has both sound-absorbing and sound-insulating properties. Then,
The surface of the sound absorbing material A is given a decorative finish by pasting a decorative cloth 9 on the surface or by painting it. The sound insulating sheet 8 may be made of thermoplastic synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride resin, rubber, or the like.
A soft sound insulating sheet formed into a sheet by mixing metal powder, metal oxide, or other inorganic powder such as barium sulfate, or a thin metal plate such as a lead sheet is used, and is bonded to the back side of the sound absorbing material A in advance. You can also use it after it has been prepared. Alternatively, it may be a coating layer formed by applying vinyl chloride sol or a paste-like material mixed with inorganic powder to the back surface of the fiberboard 3 of the sound absorbing material A in advance.

Therefore, in the sound absorbing material A, the numerous sound absorbing materials 6, 6... on the surface of the composite board 1 have good sound absorbing performance, and the fiberboard 3 itself has excellent sound absorbing performance in the medium and high frequency range. In addition, since the inside of each of the sound absorption holes 6 is expanded by grooves 5, it exhibits sound absorption properties similar to those of a Helmholtz type resonator, and has a high sound absorption coefficient in the low frequency range. Since the interior is made of fiberboard 3, it has even more remarkable sound absorption performance. Therefore, the sound emitted from the indoor side is effectively and significantly absorbed and significantly attenuated by the numerous sound absorption holes 6, 6..., and the fiberboard 3
By vibrating the fibers as they pass through, the fibers are further absorbed and attenuated, resulting in a remarkable sound absorption effect. Further, the sound insulating sheet 8 on the back side of the sound absorbing material A reliably insulates sound and suppresses its propagation to the outside, exhibiting an excellent sound insulating effect, and providing walls, ceilings, etc. with excellent sound insulating effects.

In addition, in the sound absorbing material A, the surface layer material 2 is provided on the surface of the fiberboard 3, and the surface of the surface layer material 2 is finished with cloth or paint, so that the fiberboard 3 expands and contracts as moisture and moisture are absorbed and dissipated. Surface material 2
This prevents gaps from forming in the joints of the decorative cloth when the cloth is finished, and also prevents the painted surface from forming when the surface material 2, which is a relatively hard material, is painted. It is hard to be damaged and can therefore be formed on walls and ceilings with an excellent cosmetic appearance, and can also be used satisfactorily as a wall material as well as a ceiling material. Moreover, various materials such as plywood can be used for the surface layer material 2, and can be selected as appropriate depending on the purpose.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, according to the sound absorbing material of the present invention, the sound absorption performance is significantly improved and excellent sound absorption effect can be exhibited, and the surface can be finished with cloth or paint to give a good cosmetic appearance and be less likely to be damaged. Therefore, it is possible to provide a material suitable as an interior base material for ceiling materials, wall materials, etc., which has excellent sound absorption properties and decorative finish properties.
