ーン照合装置であって、前記所定の窓を該登録用画面上
所定間隔おきに移動して得られたパターンの不一致度分
布を記憶した不一致度分布記憶部(9)と、 所定の該窓を該照合用画面の所定領域上前記間隔で移動
してそれぞれの位置におけるパターンの不一致度を測定
し、得られた不一致度分布を前記記憶した不一致度分布
と照合して位置決めを行うとともに、前記所定領域から
の移動量を算出する位置合わせ部(7)と を備え、予め位置合わせ用の窓と登録用画面との間のパ
ターンの不一致度分布を登録しておき、照合時には該窓
と照合用画面の所定領域との間の前記不一致度分布を測
定し、双方の不一致度分布を照合して位置合わせを行う
ことを特徴とするパターン照合装置。
