In Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-139445, although the seat plate tilts forward while moving forward in a substantially horizontal manner, there is no expansion/contraction biasing means such as a gas spring, and the forward tilt angle of the seat plate cannot be set at any desired angle. I couldn't stop it, and the backrest didn't move in conjunction with the forward tilt of the seat.

As a technique to solve this inconvenience, one of the prior art techniques of a structure in which the seat plate and backrest of a chair are linked and tilted backwards, for example,
In Japanese Patent No. 86156, a support rod of a backrest is connected to the rear end of a fixed frame at the upper end of the column so as to be tiltable backwards on a horizontal axis, and one end of a gas spring is pivotally connected to the fixed frame, and the other end is pivoted to the support rod. The rear end of the seat support, which is pivoted to the fixed frame by a pin, is connected via a link to a connecting pin that is inserted into a longitudinal horizontal groove in the fixed frame so as to be slidable back and forth. It is disclosed that another link is connected to the other end of the gas spring and the pivot point of the support rod.

According to this configuration, when the seat support leans forward, the support rod of the backrest also leans forward, and when the seat support leans back, the support rod also leans back. However, there is a problem in that if the seat plate tilts too far back in the resting position, the seated person's rearward tilted posture tends to become unstable.

In order to achieve this purpose, the present invention has a seat support disposed on a fixed frame attached to the upper end of the chair support, and a support rod of the backrest connected to the rear of the seat support, which can be expanded and contracted. In this chair, the fixed frame and the support rod of the backrest are connected via a link, and the fixed frame or the seat support is is formed with a pair of front and rear longitudinal groove-shaped guide parts on one side, and an engagement pin that is fitted into each of the groove-shaped guide parts on the other side to support the seat support so as to be movable back and forth, and the front side One end of the elastic biasing means is rotatably connected to an engaging pin for the groove-shaped guide portion of the seat, and the other end of the extensible urging means is rotatably connected to a fixed frame. The substantially horizontal guide portion and the substantially horizontal guide portion are arranged such that when the seat receiver moves forward, the front end thereof faces downward, while the rear end tilts upward, and when the seat receiver moves backward, the upper surface thereof slightly tilts backward. The inclined guide part that communicates with the guide part is formed in a roughly ``H'' shape when viewed from the side, and the groove-shaped guide parts on the front and rear sides are formed so that the ``S'' shape is upside down. It is something.

According to the present invention, when providing a pair of front and rear groove-shaped guide portions on the fixed frame attached to the upper end of the chair support,
The seat support mounted on the fixed frame is provided with protruding engagement pins that fit into the respective groove-shaped guide portions to support the seat support so as to be movable back and forth. At this time, among the pair of front and rear groove-shaped guide sections, the shape of the groove-shaped guide section at the front position is a downwardly inclined inclined guide section which becomes a lower position as the engagement pin goes from the neutral position to the front end side. The rear half side from the neutral position has a shape in which it communicates with a substantially horizontal guide portion, which is substantially horizontal. The shape of the groove-shaped guide part at the rear position is an upwardly inclined inclined guide part which becomes an upper position as the engaging pin goes from the neutral position to the front end side, and a substantially horizontal guide part which is substantially horizontal from the neutral position to the rear half side. It has a shape where the two are in communication with each other, creating an upside-down U-shape.

When the seat support is moved forward from the neutral position while the engagement pin of the seat support is inserted into the front and rear pair of groove-shaped guide portions, the downwardly inclined groove-shaped guide portions in the front position The engagement pin at the front position of the seat support moves along the inclined guide part so that the front end of the seat support faces downward, while the seat support moves along the upwardly inclined inclined guide part in the groove-shaped guide section at the rear position. The engagement pin at the rear position moves and the rear end of the seat support is lifted up. This raises the ischial tuberosity in the office work posture. At the same time, the backrest leans forward and pushes the spine forward, creating a natural curve for the lumbar vertebrae, which eliminates pressure on the abdomen and allows for long hours of work without fatigue.

When a seated person leans back against the backrest and tilts the backrest backwards, the backrest moves significantly backwards, but the engagement pin in the seat support is located in the approximately horizontal guide portion of the front and rear pair of longitudinal groove-shaped guides in the fixed frame. Since the seat support body moves backward along the section, the seat support body tilts backward by a slight angle. Therefore, the front end of the seat support does not lift up significantly, eliminating pressure on the thighs of the seated person.

In contrast to the above, the fixing frame may be provided with engagement pins, and the seat support may be formed with a pair of longitudinal groove-shaped guide portions that fit into the respective engagement pins.

At this time, by making the groove-shaped guide part at the front position upside down and the groove-shaped guide part at the rear position having a square shape, when the seat support moves forward in the same way as described above, Its front end moves downward and its rear end tilts upward, while when reversing, it tilts back almost horizontally or by a small angle.

In this way, although the seat support attached to the fixed frame attached to the upper end of the chair support and the backrest are configured to tilt forward or backward in conjunction with each other, when the seat support is tilted forward, The curve of the seated person's lumbar vertebrae can be maintained in a natural state, making it possible to work for long periods of time.

When the backrest tilts back, the seat support does not tilt back very much, so the front end of the seat support remains at a substantially constant height, and the top surface of the seat support tilts backward by a slight angle, making it difficult for the seated person to move forward. I can't lift my legs off the floor. Therefore, the lower side of the thigh near the knee of the seated person is not strongly compressed.

3 will be provided. The left and right side plates 16, 16 of the seat support 10, which is attached to the fixed frame 3, are provided with engaging pins 14, 15 that protrude inward to fit into the respective groove-shaped guide portions 12, 13. A receiver 10 is supported so as to be movable back and forth with respect to a fixed frame 3.

When the push valve protruding from the piston rod 20 fitted into the cylinder 19 is pressed by an operation lever (not shown), the expansion/contraction biasing means 18 such as a gas spring is unlocked and the piston rod 20 can freely move in and out of the cylinder 19. If the external force acting on the piston rod is greater than the internal gas pressure, the piston rod will be pushed in, and if the external force is smaller than the internal gas pressure, the piston rod will protrude. When the push valve is locked, the piston rod 20 can be fixed at any position so as not to come out or go down. Further, a cushion 17 is placed on the upper surface of the seat plate 6 of the seat support body 10.

In this configuration, when the telescopic biasing means 18 is unlocked and the seated person lifts his/her hips, the piston rod 20 protrudes, moves the seat support 10 forward, and moves toward the front half of the groove-shaped guide portion 12 in the front position. The engagement pin 14 at the front position of the seat support 10 moves along the downwardly inclined inclined guide part, and the front end of the seat support moves downward, while the front half side of the groove-shaped guide part 13 at the rear position is tilted upward. The engagement pin 15 at the rear position of the seat support moves along the shaped inclined guide portion, and the rear end of the seat support 10 is lifted (see the dotted line in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3).

This raises the ischial tuberosity in the office work posture. At the same time, the backrest 6 tilts forward to push the spine forward, allowing the lumbar vertebrae to draw a natural curve, eliminating the feeling of pressure on the abdomen and making long hours of office work less tiring.
