Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent buckling from occurring with easier inserting operation into a guide tube by a method wherein an inserting section is provided to be introduced into a celom through an induction guide tube while a connectable connection is arranged at a based end of the induction guide tube and an anti-reversion member is mounted at a portion with the length almost equal to an overall length of the induction guide tube from the tip at the inserting section to keep the induction guide tube liquid-tight and a airtight inside. CONSTITUTION:A forceps plug 16 has a connection 22 with a shape suited to be mounted and solidified on a cap of a forceps insertion port 10 and a check valve 24 is formed at the center thereof. A tip of a catheter body 14 is inserted into a channel 4 through a forceps inserting port 10 of an endoscope and the forceps plug 16 is mounted at the forceps inserting port 10. The tip of the catheter is inserted into a position almost equal to the tip of an endoscope inserting section to be kept airtight and liquid tight with the inside of the channel 4. When the tip of the catheter gets close to a desired part, a tube 18 is forced to slide through round holes 26 and 28 and a slit 30 of the forceps plug and protrudes toward the tip of the endoscope. This allows the catheter to be introduced to the desired part without being buckled and a necessary treatment can be carried out.

[Background Art] In recent years, catheters have been widely used as a type of medical treatment tool to be inserted into body cavities to inject drugs or to suction and collect body fluids. This type of catheter can be inserted into a body cavity alone as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1-113073, or can be inserted into a guide tube such as an endoscope channel or a guide tube to guide the body cavity. It is often introduced into the target area.

On the other hand, the proximal end of these guide tubes, which are not inserted into the body, is used to introduce CO2 gas into the body cavity through the guide tube, for example, as shown in Figure 4, or to leak body fluids or perfusion liquids to the outside. In order to prevent this, a backflow prevention valve called a forceps plug is provided. This forceps plug is made of an elastic material such as rubber, and has a slit in its center for liquid-tightly and air-tightly inserting the catheter to be inserted, and an ultra-thin diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the catheter to be inserted. There are holes etc.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] When inserting a catheter into a guiding tube having a forceps plug as described above, it is necessary to guide the catheter while resisting frictional resistance such as the slit or round hole of the forceps plug. It is necessary to keep pushing the catheter into the tube, and by the time the tip of the catheter protrudes beyond the tip of the guiding tube and reaches the target site in the body cavity,
It is necessary to repeat the catheter pushing operation many times. Therefore, there is a problem that the operation is not only frequent, but also that the catheter may buckle during the pushing operation.

The forceps plug 16 is made of a medical elastic material such as silicone, and has a connecting portion 22 having a shape suitable for being attached and fixed to the cap of the forceps insertion port 10 in a liquid-tight manner. The connecting portion 22 has a groove shape that is slightly smaller than the corresponding dimensions of the forceps insertion port 10. Further, a cylindrical check valve 24 is formed in the center of the forceps plug 16. This check valve 24 has a first round hole 26, a second round hole 28, and a slit 30 formed at its center, through which the tube 18 of the catheter body 14 is inserted, and is liquid-tight. Maintains integrity and airtightness.

When using the catheter configured as described above, the tip of the catheter body 14 is inserted into the channel 4 through the forceps insertion port 10 of the endoscope, and the forceps plug 16 is attached to the forceps insertion port 10. As a result, the tip of the catheter is inserted to a position approximately equal to the tip of the endoscope insertion portion, and the catheter is held in the channel 4 in a liquid-tight and air-tight state. When bringing the tip of the catheter closer to the target site, the tube 18
By pushing in, the tube 18 slides through the first and second round holes 26, 28 and the slit 30 of the forceps plug, and projects toward the distal end of the endoscope while maintaining a liquid-tight state. Therefore, the catheter can be introduced to the target site without buckling, and the necessary treatment can be performed using this catheter.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, in the present invention, the backflow prevention member is attached in advance to the middle part of the insertion part of the medical treatment instrument depending on the length of the guide tube used in combination. Therefore, the operator can easily insert and arrange the treatment instrument. Furthermore, since there is no need to push the long treatment instrument against the frictional resistance of the backflow prevention member, the treatment instrument will not be damaged or buckled.
