る有害ガス浄化装置を有し、また該有害ガス浄化
装置の一方側に加熱気体流入部が、また、他方側
に該加熱気体によつて核活性炭層に吸着されてい
た有害成分が気化してなる、有害ガスの排出部そ
れぞれ具えられ、さらに該有害ガスの排出部が、
熱交換器を介して液体分離層に連結されてなるこ
