Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 チヤンネル材に形成したレールに、開閉ドアの
上端の吊枠に設けた吊車を載せて移動しつつ開閉
ドアをスライドにより開閉する自動ドアにおい
て、 前記レールの上方で、かつこのレールから位置
をずらして前記チヤンネル材に踊り止めレールを
形成し、 前記吊枠は、ドアの上端に取付けられるドア支
持板と、前記吊車を取付ける吊車支持板とからな
り、 前記吊車支持板は、垂直板からなり、その後面
部で、垂直中心線上に軸心を位置せしめて前記吊
り車を取付けるとともに、上端中央を前方に折曲
した突出部を設け、この突出部に、調整用ボルト
を上方から垂直に貫通する孔を穿設し、かつ、こ
の吊車支持板に、前記調整用ボルトから両側へ等
間隔を置いて垂直方向に長い長孔を穿設し、さら
に、前記吊車支持板には、前記吊り車の側方に位
置して踊り止めローラとその車軸を取付けた車軸
板を着脱自在に取付け、 前記ドア支持板は、前記ドアの上部に固定され
る水平部分と、前記吊車支持板に結合される垂直
部分とからなるL字型板からなり、前記垂直部分
の前面の略中央であつて、前記突出部の下方に位
置して、前記調整用ボルトの螺合する垂直なねじ
孔を形成した逆L字型の吊上げ金具を固定し、か
つ、前記垂直部分に、前記吊車支持板のそれぞれ
の長孔と等間隔でねじ孔を形成し、 前記吊車支持板に、前記ドア支持板を前記調整
用ボルトで吊り下げつつ高さ調節後に、固定用ボ
ルトを前記長孔を通して、前記ねじ孔に捩じ込ん
で吊車支持板とドア支持板との間を固定するよう
にした ことを特徴とする自動ドアの吊車装置。
