PURPOSE:To record voice, music, etc., on a business card and a prepaid card, etc., and to reproduce them with a compact disk player by recording information spirally so that they can be read out with the optical readout means of a compact disk in a noncircular card. CONSTITUTION:An information card 10 in which the voice and the music are recorded on the noncircular card such as the prepaid card or the business card, etc., is comprised of a transparent substrate 1, aluminum film 2, and protective film 3, and they are the same material and of same thickness as that of the transparent substrate, the aluminum film, and the protective film used in the compact disk. Pits are provided on the aluminum film 2 of the information card 10 spirally, and also, a recording part 4 is provided. Also, a through hole 5 with the same diameter as that of the center hole of the compact disk is provided in the neighborhood of the center of spiral. In such a way, the information card 10 is formed in the same structure optically and mechanically as that of the compact disk, and the voice and the music can be reproduced with an ordinary compact disk player.

ように、透明基板1とアルミニウム膜2の中間や保護膜
3の下面に印刷してあっても何ら差し支えない。また、
印刷面が保護膜3の下面の場合には、文字や図形6はス
パイラル状の記録部4をさけて印刷する必要はなく、貫
通穴5以外のすべての領域を使えることはいうまでもな
い。
