[Prior Art] As a reciprocating electric shaver having an outer cutter of this kind of shape, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 50-3789, the inner cutter is the inner cutter of a normal reciprocating electric shaver. The inner cutter moves in a circular arc reciprocating motion, unlike the one that reciprocates in a straight line, but this inner cutter has a large number of small blades that are attached to the base (inner cutter holder) so that each cutting edge is approximately perpendicular to the curved inner surface of the outer cutter. They are constructed by being buried in a state where they are arranged at predetermined intervals in the sliding direction. According to this, because of the shape of the outer blade, it is easy to fit the outer blade to the concave curved surface under the chin, making it easier to shave in that area, and furthermore, the cutting edge of each small blade of the inner blade is shaped like the curved surface of the outer blade. Since all of the blades are aligned equally and approximately at right angles to the inner surface, even in a reciprocating electric shaver equipped with an outer cutter that has a curved surface that curves along the reciprocating sliding direction of the inner cutter, when the inner cutter slides back and forth, the It can exhibit the same sharpness in both the forward and backward strokes of reciprocating motion.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the above-mentioned conventional example, all the cutting edges of a large number of small blades actually forming the inner cutter are arranged so as to be equally and substantially perpendicular to the curved inner surface of the outer cutter. When embedding the cutter blade in the blade holder, it is advantageous to use a molding method in which the cutter blade is held in the mold and insert-molded into the base, allowing for mass production. If the molded product is held within the mold, a problem arises in that it becomes difficult or impossible to remove the molded product from the mold due to the relationship between the inclination angle of the cutter blade and the direction in which the mold is removed.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, in separate upper and lower molds 10a and 10b, the cutting edge of each small blade 7 is aligned approximately at right angles to the curved inner surface of the outer cutter 2, as shown in FIG. The first base 9 is held in a curved state so as to obtain the right angle. As a holding means, ribs 12 arranged on the same arc drawn with a predetermined curvature on the inner surface of the lower mold 10b are used.
By supporting the protrusion 13 provided on the side surface of the first base 9, the first base 9 is curved to a predetermined curvature, while the upper mold 1
The curved state of the first base 9 is maintained by pressing it with the lower surface convex portion 10c of the first base 9. After that, a resin having higher rigidity than that of the first base 9, for example, a molten resin of glass-filled PBT, is applied to the lower mold 10b.
The second base 1 is injected inward to cover the outside of the first base 9.
1 is integrally molded on the first base 9. By covering the first base 9 with the highly rigid second base 11 in this way, the first base 9 does not return from a curved shape to a flat shape, and its curved shape is always maintained reliably. A finished inner cutter product as shown in FIG. 2 is obtained.

In each of the above-described embodiments, the first base 9 is bent so that the cutting edge line is highest at the center in the sliding direction of the inner blade and becomes lower as it approaches both ends in the sliding direction of the inner blade. However, on the contrary, as shown in Fig. 21, the first base is shaped so that the cutting edge line is lowest at the center in the sliding direction of the inner blade and becomes higher toward both ends in the sliding direction of the inner blade. The stand 9 can also be bent in the opposite direction. When the inner cutter 4 is formed in this way, the outer cutter 2 is also formed to have a curved surface to match the curved surface.
