Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain the replacement of a faulty package during the operation of a system and to improve the operating efficiency of the system by using the independent power supplies for the slots and supplying or interrupting the power to only a designated slot with the internal/external control. 【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】  各スロット毎に別々に電源供給端子を
有するケージと、各スロット毎別々に電源を供給する電
源ユニットを有し、該ケージ内もしくは、外に設ける該
電源ユニットの出力を各スロット毎にON(供給)又は
OFF(切断)するスイッチ手段を有することを特徴と
する情報処理装置。
