In an electronic switching system, an exchange processing control unit (for example, a common control unit) is provided with a lower limit value for communication time used for call communication and a lower limit for the number of calls for each type of subscriber line accommodated in the electronic switching system. A registration means 9i for registering values is provided. Further, a counting means 11i for counting the number of calls whose communication time exceeds the lower limit of the communication time is provided corresponding to the subscriber line. and,
A determining unit 8 compares the number of calls counted by the counting means 11i within a predetermined monitoring time with the lower limit value of the number of calls, and outputs the subscriber information if the number of calls does not exceed the lower limit value. This is what I did.

With the above configuration, when subscribers are divided into types such as general subscriber telephones, public telephones, PBX (private branch exchange)-accommodating subscriber telephones, etc., the talk time of calls made for each subscriber type, Since the number of such calls (or the number of incoming calls) that will occur within a predetermined period of time can be predicted, it is possible to detect subscribers (or lines) that are making and/or receiving calls that do not meet the conditions. Processing such as failure detection and countermeasures can be easily performed based on the subscriber information thus detected.

FIG. 2 shows an electronic exchange system that is the object of the present invention. In this figure, 1 is a common control device (CC) of an electronic exchange, and 2 is a main memory that is connected to the common control device 1 and stores various information. 3 is a network controlled by the common control device 1 to form an exchange path (communication path) between a calling subscriber and a called subscriber. 4 is a line circuit, and 5 is a trunk. As shown in FIG. 3, the common control device 1 receives a monitored subscriber format (i in FIG. 3) in response to a command input from a typewriter provided on the common control device console (not shown). 8 is provided. The main memory 2 stores subscriber categories to be monitored (for example, general subscribers, public,
A call time/call count lower limit table 9 that registers the call time lower limit value and call number lower limit value for each PBX), a cycle counter table 10 that registers monitoring time and has a cycle counter (TCNT), and A call counter table 11 having a corresponding call counter (CNCNT) is provided to constitute the main part of the present invention.

When the calling subscriber is connected to the called subscriber via the electronic exchange and the call is terminated, the common control unit (CC) 1 of the electronic exchange initiates call termination processing as shown in FIG. Therein, the call time is calculated (S1 in Figure 4), and the call time is compared with the lower limit of call time for that subscriber (S2 in Figure 4), and the call time exceeds the lower limit of call time. If so, the call counter (CNCNT) corresponding to the subscriber in the call counter table is incremented by 1 (S3 in FIG. 3).

In parallel with the call processing described above, the periodic activation control section 20 of the common control device 1 of the electronic exchange is operated as shown in FIG. (S10 in Figure 5), and when the counted value reaches the monitoring time T (S11 in Figure 4), the number of incoming and outgoing calls for that call counter (CNCNT) is added to each call counter. The number of calls is compared with the lower limit of the number of calls corresponding to the user (S12 in FIG. 5). Call counter (CNCNT)
When the number of incoming and outgoing calls is greater than the lower limit of the number of calls,
The cycle counter (TCNT) and call number counter (CNCNT) are cleared to 0 (S13 in FIG. 5).

On the other hand, if it is smaller, the subscriber's phone number (communication monitoring information) is output (S14 in FIG. 5) and the process in step S13 in FIG. , the periodic processing is repeated.

In this way, by performing subscriber-specific monitoring processing, it is possible to perform more detailed failure detection when handling subscriber call failures. In other words, even though general public telephones are installed on the premise that there will be more than a required number of calls per day, an abnormality may occur if usage does not meet certain conditions. It is thought that there are many people, and it will be effective in detecting them. Further, by arbitrarily setting the monitoring time, the lower limit value of call time, and the lower limit value of the number of calls, the fineness of failure detection is enhanced and various types of failures can be dealt with.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, since each terminal type can be monitored and a communication time lower limit value and a call number lower limit value are set corresponding to the type, abnormality detection processing can be performed for each usage type. Furthermore, it is possible to easily detect special failures such as abnormal terminals that are forcibly disconnected immediately after responding. In addition, abnormality monitoring can be performed by dividing the investigation target according to purpose.
