(Function) In the printed card with a concealment cover of the present invention,
For example, if a laminate is applied to a card mount for a postcard or the like, and if printing is done in advance using a dot printer or the like from the cover sheet side on the surface, the self-coloring layer on the mount will be colored under pressure through the laminate. Ru. Here, between the protective film made of a transparent thermoplastic synthetic resin that is adhered to the mount, a laminate layer of a covering sheet with concealing properties is placed between them, and a thermoplastic resin provided by hot extrusion etc. They are bonded with a predetermined peel strength through a bonding layer made of resin, and for example, if this bonding layer is made of a thermoplastic resin of the same type as the laminate layer, this bonding layer protects when the covering sheet is peeled off. It peels off from the film side and transfers to the laminate layer side. Therefore, the protective film remains adhered to the surface of the card mount, through which the color printing of the self-coloring layer on the card mount can be read.

This laminate 4 includes a transparent protective film 5 made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) with a thickness of approximately 25 μm that closely protects the self-coloring layer 2 in a transparent manner;
A polyethylene layer 7 as a laminate layer is integrally applied to the back side by heat extrusion and is concealed by aluminum vapor deposition (not shown) to a thickness of approximately
It consists of a covering sheet 6 made of 50 μm high-quality paper and a polyethylene layer 8 as a bonding layer which is supplied in a molten state between the protective film 5 and the polyethylene layer 7 and solidified.

Next, a polyethylene resin of the same type as the polyethylene of the layer 7 is supplied between the polyethylene layer 7 and the PET protective film 5 by hot extrusion at a temperature of about 310°C, and is sandwiched between cooling rolls (not shown). It is compacted to form a polyethylene layer 8 for bonding. During the cold compression bonding, this polyethylene layer 8 is completely integrally bonded to the polyethylene layer 7 made of the same type of material due to partial compatibility occurring at the interface between them. On the other hand, it is made of different materials.
The polyethylene resin, which has become fluid due to melting, gradually enters the PET protective film 5 along the minute irregularities on the film surface, and after solidifying under pressure between cooling rolls, it is peeled off with a predetermined peel strength. Combine as possible. The thus formed concealing laminate 4 is then applied to the postcard mount 1 as described above.
The self-coloring layer 2 applied to the upper surface of the postcard is firmly adhered to the self-coloring layer 2 through a transparent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 to form a postcard with a hidden writing surface.

Regarding the interlayers of the laminate 4, the high-quality covering paper 6 and the polyethylene layer 7 are bonded by ordinary laminate, and the polyethylene layer 7 and the polyethylene layer 8 are bonded by a phase of the same type of resin as described above. They are firmly fixed to each other by a molten piece. Furthermore, the polyethylene layer 8 and the PET protective film 5 are bonded by wetting the minute irregularities on the PET surface during hot extrusion of the polyethylene resin and solidifying by cooling, so that they do not easily come apart or peel during normal handling. Fixed. Here, if the peripheral edge 9 of the laminate 4 is heat-sealed, the integrity between the layers 5, 6, 7, and 8 will be more secure.

When the recipient of the postcard wants to read the contents, the heat-sealed portion of the lower edge 9 of the cover sheet 6 is cut off along the cut-off line 10 displayed inside the peripheral edge 9 of the cover sheet 6, and then peeled off using silicone or the like. The laminate 4 is peeled off from the peeled end portion 10A which has been previously applied. Here, depending on the bond strength between each layer of the laminate 4 and the strength of the adhesive strength to the postcard mount 1,
Peeling always occurs between the polyethylene layer 8 and the PET film 5, which have a weak bonding force, and each layer 6, 7, and 8 in the laminate is integrated with the PET film 5 remaining on the postcard mount 1. Peeled off.

Front and back surfaces 11A, 11 of such a postcard base paper 11
When printing is performed on B using a printer, the front and back surfaces 11A and 11B are simultaneously printed using a dot printer or the like while the surface of the back surface 11A is covered with dummy paper 21. In this case, the print head of the printer is combined with a regular printing ribbon, and the surface 1
Address printing and the like for 1B are performed directly on this paper surface using ribbon ink. On the other hand, the back side 11A
Regarding the description, the actual printing by the ribbon appears on the dummy paper 21, and only the printing pressure of the printer head is applied to the laminate 14. This printing pressure is applied to the self-coloring layer 12 on the back side 11A through the laminate 14 to perform coloring printing, but in this coloring printing, as in the case of Embodiment 1, the recipient holds the cover sheet 16 etc. Only when it is peeled off can the transparent PET film 15 left on the back surface 11A be seen through.

Further, the self-coloring layer 12 is attached to the front and back surfaces 11A,
11B, it is also possible to perform color printing on both sides simply by blank printing with the printer head. However, in this case, in order to prevent the self-coloring layer 12 on the surface 11B from developing color and staining due to external pressure such as rubbing other than printing, only the protective PET film 15 in the laminate 14 is coated as shown in FIG. It is preferable to provide it also on the surface 11B side.
