A sliding door that is confirmed to be in an unlocked state by this device is locked by operating a crescent associated with the sliding door. However, it is actually troublesome to check the location of an unlocked sliding door and to go there and lock the door.Especially in buildings with many windows, it takes a lot of time and effort to lock the door. It may be necessary.

(Operations and Effects of the Invention) According to the door locking device of the present invention, ordinary sliding doors can be locked and unlocked individually by manual operation of the main locking means consisting of a locking device, and the sliding door can be locked and unlocked individually by manual operation of the main locking means consisting of a locking device. However, if a sliding door is incompletely locked by the main locking means or is in an unlocked state, the sliding door can be completely locked by operating the sub-locking means.

When the electromagnet of the auxiliary locking means is activated and the pin member is attracted, the pin member held by the holding member fixed to the sliding door is partially received by the receiving member fixed to the upper frame of the window frame. , the sliding door is substantially connected to the window frame and locked. Since the operation of the sub-locking means, that is, the operation of the electromagnet, is electrically controlled, each sliding door can be locked remotely, instantaneously, and easily by the sub-locking means.

In addition, it is possible to double lock the sliding door using both the main locking means and the sub-locking means.
It is possible to obtain a door locking state that is more reliable and excellent in crime prevention. That is, even if the main locking means is intentionally destroyed, the locked state of the sliding door will continue to be maintained by the auxiliary locking means. The main locking means is located almost in the center of the vertical stile and is easily visible from the inside and outside of the sliding door, so it is relatively easy to destroy, but the secondary locking means is difficult to see and is difficult to destroy. Since it is placed between the upper stile and the upper frame of the window frame, it can provide a high security effect.

In the groove 26a, a holding member 32 that holds the pin member 22 so as to be movable up and down is arranged facing the receiving member 24 and fixed to the upper frame 26. The holding member 32 can also be used on a sliding door having an upper stile without the groove, as long as a distance between the holding member and the receiving member 24 that does not hinder the opening and closing of the sliding door can be secured. can be placed. If it is difficult or impossible to secure the above-mentioned distance, a groove or a recess that opens upward may be formed in the upper stile, and the holding member may be accommodated in this groove or recess.

The illustrated holding member 32 is comprised of a rectangular parallelepiped block provided with a through hole 34 that shares an axis with the electromagnet 20 and the receiving member 24. The through hole 34 consists of two large and small diameter portions 34a and 34b that communicate with each other, and the shaft portion 22a of the pin member extends through both diameter portions. The shaft portion 22a is slidable relative to the small diameter portion 34a located above the large diameter portion 34b. Although the through hole 34 can be a single diameter hole having the same diameter as the small diameter portion 34a, it is desirable to configure it in this way for the purpose described later.

Unlike the main locking means 10, which is located approximately in the center of the vertical shaft 17 of the sliding door, the secondary locking means 12 is located at the top of the window, where it is relatively difficult to see. Since the vertical plate portions 18b are provided, which are perpendicular to the vertical plate portions 18a, their locations are difficult to detect due to the action of these vertical plate portions, which is advantageous in terms of crime prevention.

When the electromagnet 20 is energized via the lead wire 35, the pin member 22 rises toward the lower end forming the magnetic pole of the electromagnet 20, and the disk portion 22b of the pin member is in a state fitted to the large diameter tube portion 24b of the receiving member, that is. The pin member 22 is attracted to the electromagnet 20 while being partially received by the receiving member 24 (see FIG. 3).
During energization, that is, during operation of the electromagnet 20, each door and the window frame 18 are connected via the pin member 22. By fitting the disk portion 22b into the large diameter tube portion 24b, each door is restrained from moving in the sliding direction (lateral direction).

When the electromagnet 20 is de-energized, the pin member 2
2 descends inside the through hole 34 of the holding member due to its own weight, and the movement restraint of each door is released. By the way, since the pin member 22 is easily magnetized by the electromagnet 20, a spring material 36 such as a coil spring is attached to the large diameter portion 34b of the holding member in order to apply a downward forcing force to the pin member 22. It is desirable to place The spring member 36 has one end connected to the large diameter portion 3.
4b, and its other end abuts against a nut 38 which is screwed onto the lower end of the shaft portion 22a of the pin member and allows the large diameter portion 34b to slide.
It is desirable that the spring member 36 be placed in a compressed state when the pin member 22 is in the state before being raised (the state shown in FIG. 2). The arrangement of the spring member 36 makes it possible to more reliably lower the pin member 22 immediately after the energization of the electromagnet 20 is stopped.

Since locking and unlocking by the sub-locking means 12 arranged in each door is performed by supplying and stopping power to each electromagnet 20, the operation of all the sub-locking means 12 can be centrally controlled.

Referring to the electrical circuit shown in FIG. 6, an electromagnet 20 forming a part of each sub-locking means 12 is connected to both power lines 50, 52 connected to a power source such as an alternating current power source.
They are connected via a first switch 54 on one power line 50 side and a second switch 56 on the other power line 52 side. Further, in this connection circuit, the plurality of electromagnets 20 are connected to each other in parallel. The first switch 54 is located behind a main switch 58 provided on one power supply line 50, that is, on the opposite side from the power supply. These switches are located on the central operation panel (the part surrounded by the chain line) 60.

When the first switch 54 is closed while the main switch 58 is closed, the second switch 56 is also closed in conjunction with this, thereby energizing each electromagnet 20. Moreover, by opening the second switch 56, the first switch is also opened,
As a result, the supply of power to each electromagnet 20 is stopped.

However, when the sliding door 16 is open, the pin member 22 is in a position not facing the receiving member 24, so even if power is supplied to each electromagnet 20, no movement occurs in the pin member 22. In such a case, the pin member 22 is partially received in the receiving member 24, and therefore the secondary locking means 12 locks the sliding door 1.
6 is locked, only when the disc part 22b of the pin member is fitted with the large diameter pipe part 24b of the receiving member, for example, a lamp corresponding to each sub-locking means 12 is installed. 62 (see FIG. 6) is preferably lit. For this purpose, as shown in FIG. 5, two contacts 40 are attached at intervals to the inner upper end surface of the large-diameter tube portion 24b, and both contacts 40 are attached to the disc portion 22b of the pin member.
A ring-shaped contact 42 that can come into contact with the 0 is attached. Correspondingly, a lead wire 44 connected to the lamp 62 and the power supply line 50 is connected to the second contact point 40 of each receiving member 24 .

Referring again to FIG. 6, a plurality of connection circuits in which contacts 40, 42 and lamps 62 are arranged in series are connected in parallel to both power supply lines 50, 52 behind the circuit in which electromagnet 20 is arranged. ing. It is desirable that each lamp 62 be attached to the central operation panel 60.

Electric power is supplied to the electromagnet 20, and the pin member 22 rises due to the attraction action of the electromagnet, and the receiving member 24
When both contacts 40 on the side are short-circuited via the contact 42 on the pin member 22 side, the lamps 62 corresponding to these contacts are lit, confirming that the lock is locked.
If the lamp 62 corresponding to the electromagnet 20 does not light up even though power is supplied to the electromagnet 20, it is considered that the door in which the electromagnet 20 is placed is not completely closed. In this way, by checking whether the lamp 62 is lit or not, more reliable locking can be ensured.
