Abstract

PURPOSE:To integrate a temperature adjusting device and an air outlet into one body to make a device compact by a method wherein the temperature adjusting device mixes warm air or cooled air with the room air to obtain a desirable temperature and is integrated into one body together with the air outlet from which the mixed air is blown into a room. CONSTITUTION:A conditioned air suction port 24 is connected to a duct 12 and the room air is sucked from a room air suction port 26. A suction duct 28, on which both suction ports 24 and 26 are provided, is attached to a suction port 22 of a fan 16. A temperature adjusting device 14 is mounted on the suction duct 28 and a mixing valve 30 is furnished at the junction of the conditioned air and room air flows and is capable of desirably setting the mixing ratio of the conditioned air to the room air. An air outlet 18 is located on the upper face of a box 20 and the mixed air is blown from it. A conditioned air outlet unit is built into one body assembled in the box 20.

In the OA room, which has a raised floor, the air conditioning system piping is installed using the space under the floor. In other words, hot or cold air whose temperature has been adjusted by an air conditioner is blown to the required outlet through a duct extending through the underfloor space.

However, this method requires a duct with a large diameter, which reduces the capacity for underfloor wiring, which is the original purpose of the raised floor. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to increase the space under the floor, that is, the distance between the floor panel and the reference floor surface, but this results in the problem of lowering the ceiling height in the room.

Therefore, in this invention, if the warm or cold air guided by the duct is mixed with indoor air, the temperature of the supplied warm or cold air can be made to have a large temperature difference from the room temperature, and this allows the diameter of the duct to be reduced. It can be made thinner and the temperature of the air-fuel mixture can be freely adjusted at each outlet.

As a result, the hot or cold air led by the duct can be supplied as highly concentrated air with a large temperature difference from the room temperature, so the diameter of the duct can be made small. By adjusting the mixing ratio, you can freely adjust the temperature at the outlet.

FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along the line ■-■ in FIG. This air conditioner air is individually guided (very concentrated) through a duct 12 installed under the floor of the raised floor panel 10, and then passed through a temperature controller 14 and a blower fan 16 to appropriately mix the air with indoor air. Air is taken in and the air-fuel mixture is blown out from the blow-off port 18. The temperature controller 14, the blower fan 16, and the air outlet 18 are integrated into a box 20 to form one unit. Further, in this embodiment, a blower fan 16 is provided, but the blower fan 16 is not necessarily required as long as the air conditioner air sent through the duct 12 has sufficient pressure.

The temperature controller 14 may have a structure that can mix the air conditioner air and indoor air at any ratio in accordance with this purpose. A suction duct 28 is installed in which an air conditioner air intake port 24 that can be connected to the indoor air intake port 24 and an indoor air intake port 26 that sucks indoor air are installed in parallel, and a mixing valve that can arbitrarily set the mixing ratio of the air conditioner air and indoor air is installed at this confluence point. 30 may be provided. Note that the mixing valve 30 is operated by a temperature control dial 32 provided on the top surface of the box 20 or the like. Furthermore, in this example, the air under the floor below the floor panel 10 is taken in as indoor air, but this is because the air in this part is not affected much by the indoor temperature, and is not necessarily limited to this. Needless to say, it may be a device that takes in the air above the floor panel 10 instead of a device that takes in the air above the floor panel 10.

The blower fan 16 may be of a normal structure that sucks in the air-fuel mixture from the suction port 22 through the rotation of a fan (not shown) and discharges it from the discharge port 34. Incidentally, it is preferable that the blower fan 16 has an air volume adjustment mechanism that can adjust the volume of discharged air. The air volume adjustment dial 36 is used to control the fan rotation speed. Note that a conventionally known electrical heating element (not shown) may be attached to the blower fan 16. If a heating element is provided, high W
It is also possible to perform heating without warm air being supplied from the duct 12, and also to adjust the temperature during cooling.

The air outlet 18 is provided to open on the top surface of the box 20, and blows out the air-fuel mixture in the box 20 to the outside. Since it is preferable that this outlet +8 also has a wind direction adjustment mechanism that allows the direction of the outlet air to be adjusted freely, here, it is made up of a plurality of fins 40 that rotate around the fin shaft 38 to open and close the outlet 34. showed that. Ideally, the fins 40 should be able to rotate over a range of about 180°, so each fin shaft 38 is connected by a gear mechanism 42.

Since such an air-conditioned air blowing unit is integrated in the box 20 and configured as one unit, it can be attached to any indoor equipment by installing piping to guide the air conditioner air and indoor air. For example, it may be provided as an independent tower and housed therein, or it may be provided inside a wall, floor, desk, OA equipment, etc. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the raised floor panel 10 installed on the floor panel 10 itself, which is installed by securing a certain height of underfloor space above the standard floor surface using the support legs 46, or on the upper surface of the floor panel 10. A mounting hole 48 into which the box 20 can be inserted is formed, and this mounting hole 48
It is installed by fitting it into the. If you install it on the floor panel] 0 like this, you can easily take in air from the air conditioner and indoor air, so it would be the best place to install it.

As described above, according to the present invention, the temperature is adjusted by mixing warm or cold air with indoor air at the outlet.
7g of hot or cold air supplied through underfloor ducts
The temperature difference between the temperature and the room temperature can be made large, and the diameter of the duct can be made small, allowing the space under the floor to be used for electrical wiring. Furthermore, by changing the mixing ratio of warm or cold air and indoor air, the temperature of the air-fuel mixture blown out from the outlet can be freely adjusted. Furthermore, since the temperature controller and air outlet that make this possible can be made compact as a single unit, a large number of them can be installed in any location, making it possible to create a truly personal air conditioner.
