Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a connecting cord from being broken, by installing an accommodation part for the connecting cord at an installation part where a display body is supported in turnable manner in the longitudinal direction of a screen, in an augularly variable installation mechanism for an on-vehicle TV receiver. CONSTITUTION:A cord arm 12 is installed in turnable manner in the directions of arrows E-F on the shaft 3d of a bracket 3 for installing a display body. A fixing part 12b for a cord 9 is installed at one edge of the cord arm 12, and the connecting cord 9 is fixed, and a spring 19 is installed at the other edge. The other edge of the spring 19 is engaged with the shaft 3d of the body 1, and urges the cord arm 12 so as to be turned in the clockwise direction around the shaft 3d. With this constitution, the display body 1 is turned, for example in the A direction, and if the connection cord 9 is pulled, the cord arm 12 is pulled in the F direction, and follows the pulling. If the display body 1 is returned to an original position, the cord arm 12 is turned in the E direction by the force of the spring 19, and the cord 9 is retraction-accommodated.

Regarding conventional TV mounting devices, Utility Model Application Publication No. 2-16667
As stated in Publication No. 4, there is no delay in processing the connection code. However, television displays always require power and signal connections. Furthermore, if the display screen is provided with a mechanism that allows the user to freely change its orientation, the connection cord may stretch, contract, or sag, causing contact with various parts of the vehicle body and mounting parts, causing damage to the coat.

By fixing the cord on the vehicle body side (mainly the ceiling), the cord will not sag when it is expanded or contracted in areas that cannot be seen inside the ceiling. In addition, the coat side of the display part is free so that it can move flatly on the back of the display, and the movement uses springs, arms, etc. to absorb the slack with constant movement.
There is no slack in the cord, and the coat does not sag (contact).

The vehicle body bracket 4 is attached to the vehicle body 11 by a friction member 5 via a bracket 6 with a screw 7 so as to be rotatable in directions C to D (with respect to a vertical axis) in FIG. Reference numeral 8 denotes a roller, which is provided so as to be able to rotate in forward and reverse directions on a shaft 3b that is set up on the main body mounting bracket 3. 9 is a power and signal connection cord (DIN cord), one end 9a is connected to the display body, the other end 9C is connected to the TV receiver, power supply, amplifier unit, etc. on the vehicle body side. (vehicle side not shown). Further, the fixing part 10 on the vehicle body side firmly fixes the cord 9b so that it does not move, so that the cord does not move in an invisible place on the vehicle body side. Furthermore, a cord arm 12 is fitted to the shaft 3d of the main body mounting bracket 3 so as to be rotatable in the direction of the arrow E-F. One end of the cord arm 12 has a fixing part 12b for holding the coat 9, and the other end has a spring 19.
The hook has a portion 12a. The other spring is hung on portion 3e of the main body mounting bracket and constantly biases the cord arm 12 in the clockwise direction.

Figures 3(b) and 3(c) above show that when the display is mounted on the ceiling of a car, for example, the display can be rotated and fixed in that position to prevent it from hitting people's heads. ing. In the case of FIG. 3(b), the cord is pulled, the cord arm 12 rotates in the direction F against the spring 19, the coat moves, and the cord in FIG.

Note that (c) is the intermediate position between F and E. 3 In this way, even if the connection cord 9 is repeatedly pulled and returned by the rotation of the display body, the action of the cord arm 12 and spring 19 will not be affected. As a result, the cord 12 is constructed so that it does not sag, there is little contact pressure at certain points (roller action on the way), and the movement state of the cord 12 can be easily checked by simply removing the cover 2.

[Effects of the Invention] According to the present invention, the display connection cord can be easily processed and checked on the back of the display body, rather than in a hidden place on the vehicle body side, and the cord can be easily processed and checked by rotating the display body. By using the cord arm, spring, and roller, it is possible to prevent problems caused by contact (scratching) caused by the movement of the cord (such as problems such as the coating being torn due to abrasion, causing short circuits, etc.).
