Since the fine grains are bound to each other, these fine grains increase the weight of the board material, making it difficult to handle; It has been found that this involves the contradictory problems of weakening the bond and reducing the strength of the board material.

One or more types of aggregate made of fine particles of inorganic materials such as metal, glass, ceramic, etc. are sprinkled on the top surface, and the liquid adhesive hardens to bind the aggregate to the base material. A first step of trying to bond each other, a second step of applying liquid adhesive again to the surface of the bonded material obtained in this first step, and then spreading the aggregate to level the surface; This method is characterized by comprising a third step of applying a transparent top coat to the surface of the bound product obtained in the second step.

The appearance of the aggregate exposed on the surface is not good, and if the average particle size exceeds 2 mm, the bound particles tend to separate from each other with long-term use, so the average particle size is 0.5 mm.
A range of mm to 2 mm, especially 0.7 mm to 1.5 mm is optimal.

The binding process is carried out twice: the first process and the second process, in which the liquid adhesive is applied again to the surface and fine aggregate made of inorganic material is further spread and bonded. Therefore, in the first step, the inorganic material aggregate is mainly bound to the base material, and in the second step, the layer of the inorganic material aggregate bound to the base material is adjusted to a predetermined thickness, and the aggregate is bonded to the base material. The material can be made to be strong and evenly cover the surface.

After forming the layer 5, an aggregate 6 made of fine brass particles having an average diameter of 1 mm and having an x-spherical shape is sprinkled on top of the adhesive layer 5, and the surface is made to have an equal thickness using a roller (not shown). The mixture was leveled and waited for the adhesive to harden, thereby obtaining a bonded product in which the base material 1 and the aggregates 6 and the aggregates 6 were bonded to each other.

。The method for producing decorative interior materials of the present invention mainly involves bonding the aggregate to the base material in the first step, and further strengthens the aggregate bonded to the base material in the second step to form the base material. By obtaining a bound product of a predetermined thickness in which the materials are firmly integrated, and further covering the surface with a transparent top coat, it is possible to obtain an excellent decorative interior material in which the aggregate does not separate.
