Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable travel of an automobile while the body thereof is kept in a horizontal posture against irregularities or inclinations of a travel ground surface, by causing a wheel supported by a wheel support rod to be rotated about a drive shaft through contraction and extension of a piston rod by an oil pressure cylinder to make the automobile height variable. CONSTITUTION:A roller 33 is interposed between an inner wheel 30 and an outer wheel 40 both of which have a common shaft 21, and the outer wheel 40 is made rotatable along a guide ring 31 fixedly mounted to each side surface of the inner wheel 30. The outer wheel 40 has its inner circumferential surface formed into a ring gear 41, and a pinion 51 inscribed to this ring gear 41 is borne by a bearing 53 provided to the guide ring 31. The bearing 53 is supported by a shaft 52 integral with a drive shaft 50, which drive shaft 50 is rotated with use of a power source loaded on a vehicle body 10. By a wheel support rod 11 fixed to a tip end of a piston rod 12 of an oil pressure cylinder 13 rotatably mounted to the vehicle body 10 of an automobile, a center shaft 21 of the wheel 20 is supported and, by rotating the wheel 20 about the drive shaft 50 through operation of an oil pressure cylinder 13, the front and rear, and right and left heights of the automobile are changed.

(Prior technology) Conventionally, some cars that use air springs to cushion the axle and the car body have been devised to allow the air in the springs to be released while the car is stopped to change the car height, but this is not suitable for work use. Vehicles, including automobiles and general automobiles, that are designed to be able to drive while keeping the vehicle height level by raising and lowering the wheels on M@ground or uneven ground are not in use.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) Among automobiles, especially work vehicles (tractors, bulldozers, tire dozers, packet loader 1 lawn mowers, etc.) While driving, there is a lot of work to be done on slopes, etc., or on steps (
(during work) When the vehicle tilts, the center of gravity moves to a lower position, making driving unstable, which can cause the vehicle to overturn, injuring the driver, or even resulting in a fatal accident. - Air exchange springs are not suitable for boat fishing or work vehicles, and even more so, there are currently no vehicles with a structure that allows the vehicle to be driven while changing its front and rear or left and right vehicle heights.

A drive shaft that rotates along a guide ring, has a ring gear on its inner periphery, and has a small gear inscribed in the ring gear, which is integrated with a shaft supported by a bearing provided on the guide ring; A wheel having two axes with the central axis of the inner ring is supported by the central axis of the wheel by a wheel support rod fixed to the tip of a piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder rotatably attached to the car body, and the drive shaft is connected to the car body. The vehicle is connected to each axle of the vehicle, and the hydraulic cylinder rotates the wheels using the drive shaft as a fulcrum, raising and lowering the vehicle, thereby changing the vehicle height in the front, rear, left, and right directions.
What aims to achieve this purpose (action) By expanding and contracting the piston rond with a hydraulic cylinder operated by hydraulic pressure, the wheels supported via the wheel support rods are rotated around the drive shaft, and the vehicle height is increased. be changed. Therefore, by hydraulically operating the vehicle, it is possible to change the height of the vehicle from front to back or from the left and right to accommodate bumps or slopes in the running surface while keeping the vehicle level.

(In progress) To explain the embodiment of the present invention in detail with reference to the drawings, in FIGS. 2 and 3, the inner part 11130 is rotatably attached to the central shaft 21, and the outer periphery of the inner part 11130 is The outer ring 40 (Figs. 1 and 4) is supported by the roller 33 housed in the roller receiver 34, and a guide ring 31 (6th - a, b
The outer ring 40 rotates on the inner ring 3o along the line shown in FIG. Outer ring 4
The inner periphery of both roller grooves 43 of 0 is used as a ring gear 41, and a gear 51 (1! 7-a) is inscribed therein.
, b) shows a shaft 52 (IF 7-c, dl) supported by a bearing 53 attached to the housing 35 of the guide ring 31.

is attached, and by rotating the drive shaft 5o, the inner ring 30 does not rotate but the outer ring 40 rotates.
The rubber tires 24 attached to the 0 can also rotate and travel on the ground. The small tooth 1 [51 of the inner ring 30 has a drive shaft 50 in the receiving part.
It has a through hole 36, and a foil ring 23 with a rubber tire attached is fixed to a flange 42 of an outer ring 40 with bolts. Next, referring to the figures ji 1-a, b, c, d, and e, there are wheels fixed to the tips of the piston rods 12 of two hydraulic cylinders 13 on the left and right, which are rotatably attached to the upper part of the car body. By raising or lowering the center shaft 21 of the wheel 20 using the support rod 11, the wheel 2o can move up and down using the drive shaft 50 as a fulcrum to change the vehicle height, and the vehicle body can be kept horizontal with respect to the slope of the running ground. It can be maintained and run.
