By the way, pipe body 1 of the existing underground F pipe, steel pipe 2 is a cast iron pipe connected by a pipe joint, and rust has formed in this pipe joint over time and has spread inside the pipe. The joint may become "knot-like" and reduce the effective diameter of the pipe, or the joint state of the pipe joint may change due to deterioration of the sealing material, the load and vibration of vehicles passing over the pipe, ground F, etc. Gaps (7) Foreign matter such as water or dirt can enter and block the pipes, so even if you try to install a new cable, it may become impossible to insert the cable. It is considered possible to paint the pipe from the inside while it is still installed.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, as described in (■), by injecting paint into the underground pipe and pulling the elastic body from behind, it is possible to form a thin coating film between the elastic body and the inner surface of the pipe. In the forming method, if the elastic body deviates from the center of the tube and comes into contact with the inner wall of the tube, the paint will not be applied to that area. Furthermore, the method described in (2) uses a resin-containing hose, which results in high material costs, and requires a large compressor, which makes the process uneconomical. Furthermore, in the method for repairing underground pipes using a coating machine described in ■, the supply of paint to the coating machine is done using above-ground paint! 1. Due to supply voltage, etc.
Applying one-component or two-component paint to a long length according to the length of the repair. The paint must be supplied to the coating machine in the pipeline by a hose, and the paint supply pump, paint hose, and power source. There was a problem in that a generator and a truck were required to load them, which required a large amount of capital investment.

In addition, in the case of FIG. 2(C), after the paint 10, which has been replaced with non-paint such as water and air existing in the pipe joint 2 by the displacement gasket 4, passes through the rear gasket 6, it is naturally caused by its own weight. This accumulated paint 10 falls and accumulates at the bottom of the pipe.
" can be removed by the lip 7a which is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the tube. Furthermore, in the case of FIG. The centrifugal force generated allows the paint 10 to be sent in fixed amounts to the paint sprayer 8 via the paint pipe a 8a and the paint hose 9, which is then atomized and sprayed onto the inner surface of the tube, thereby making it possible to paint the paint.

Furthermore, when the displacement packing 4 reaches the pipe joint 2, the pressure of the paint 10 decreases temporarily when the displacement packing 4 replaces the water, air, etc. present in the pipe joint 2. The paint 10' has a constant pressure because the frictional force with the inner surface of the pipe of the intermediate gasket 5 is significantly greater than the decrease in pressure of the paint 10, and the paint is supplied to the paint machine 8 via the paint pipe a and the paint hose 9. Quantity of paint 10" is supplied.

Also, if it passes through the rear packing 6 or the pipe joint 2,
The paint 10, which has replaced non-paints such as water and air present in the pipe joint 2 by the displacement packing 4, naturally falls due to its own weight and accumulates at the bottom of the pipe, and the lip 7a, which is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the pipe, removes the paint 10. After that, the paint cup 8b is rotated by a motor powered by the battery 7b inside the interior case 7, and the centrifugal force generated thereby causes the paint pipe a and the paint hose to connect. A coating film 11 is formed by atomizing the coating material 10' which is sent in fixed quantities to the coating machine 8 via the coating device 9 and spraying it onto the inner surface of the tube.

In addition, the pressure of the paint between the replacement packing and the intermediate packing may be reduced by the hollows in the pipe joint, or the paint between the intermediate packing and the rear packing may have been filled in the hollows of the pipe fitting beforehand. The paint pressure hardly decreases and it is possible to supply a constant amount of paint to the paint sprayer.
A smooth coating film can be formed on the inner surface of the tube.

Furthermore, according to the invention of claim (3), after the paint that has replaced non-paints such as water and air existing in the pipe joint by the displacement packing passes through the rear packing, it naturally falls due to its own weight and reaches the lower part of the pipe. It is possible to remove the paint accumulated in the pipe from the pipe joint, and the inner surface of the pipe can be painted without narrowing the inner diameter of the pipe.
