するセンサ出力増幅部5とで放射温度計回路を構
成し、前記恒温槽3として伝熱板8の周囲を断熱
材9で包囲したものを用い、かつ前記検温素子D
1と放射温度センサIRSとを熱結合して前記ト
ランジスタTrと放射温度センサIRSとをそれ
ぞれ前記伝熱板8に導熱配置し、これら各外部を
断熱材9で断熱することで前記放射温度センサI
