Wood flooring as a floor finishing material for underfloor heating is thinner than commonly used wood flooring in order to improve heat transfer into the room. However, if the thickness is thin, the strength as a flooring material is insufficient and the flooring becomes unstable. For this reason, there is a limit to how thin the thickness can be reduced. Due to this restriction, there was a limit to how much heat transfer could be improved.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a board made of wood with a plurality of grooves or blind holes on the back side, and a plurality of protrusions or protrusions that fit into the grooves or blind holes of the plate. The wood flooring for floor heating is constructed of a metal plate attached to the back surface of the plate, with protrusions or protrusions fitted into grooves or blind holes of the plate.

By allowing the ridges or protrusions formed on the metal plate to penetrate close to the surface of the plate, the heat from the heating panel can be quickly released into the room. A metal plate on the back of the plank helps to even out the temperature of the wood flooring. The plate is reinforced with a metal plate or a protrusion, and even if a thin plate is used, it can be made sufficiently strong.

Figures 1 and 2 show an embodiment of the wooden flooring for floor heating according to the present invention, in which grooves 2 are formed on the back surface of a board 1 made of wood, extending from one end to the other at equal intervals. The book is formed. On the other hand, the metal plate 3 is formed with a protrusion 4 having a size that exactly fits into the groove 2. The metal plate 3 and the protrusion 4 are integrally formed from an aluminum alloy material by extrusion processing. The protrusions 4 of the metal plate 3 are fitted into the grooves 2 of the plate 1, and the metal plate 3 is attached to the back surface of the plate 1 as shown in FIG. The metal plate 3 may be attached to the plate 1 by press-fitting the protrusion 4 into the groove 2, but if there is a risk that the metal plate 3 will come off when the plate 1 dries, the metal plate 3 may be attached to the plate 1. Attach 3 to board 1 with wood screws.

By making the metal plates 3 of adjacent flooring alternately overlap as shown in FIG. 2, the floor temperature of the entire room can be made uniform. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, a protrusion 5 is integrally provided on the metal plate 3 instead of the protrusion 4 in FIG. The protrusion 5 is fitted onto the plate 1 of the metal plate 3. The protrusions 4 of the metal plate 3 may be provided in a lattice shape, or the metal plate 3 may be provided with holes between the protrusions 4 or between the protrusions 5 to form a lattice shape, or may have a large number of round holes. You can also use it as a board. Also, these are vertical,
It may be formed by combining a plurality of horizontal members in a grid pattern. Further, the inside of the protrusion 4 and the protrusion 5 can be made hollow.

According to the wood flooring of the present invention, heat from floor heating panels and hot water piping can be transferred indoors more quickly than before, and the temperature of the floor is also uniform. In addition, since the wooden board is reinforced with metal plates or ridges, it is possible to form a stronger and more stable floor with the same thickness as before.
