に呼応して前記通信相手端末の前記ターミナルアダプタ
から送られてくるDチャネルデータに不完了呼の表示が
ある場合に前記Dチャネル制御部から起動され前記不完
了呼の原因が送られた前記端末速度情報と前記相手端末
速度の不一致である場合に前記再発呼要求及び端末速度
情報更新指示を出力する不完了呼理由認識部と、前記端
末速度情報更新指示を受ける度に予じめ用意された複数
の前記端末速度情報の1つを順番に選択し前記Dチャネ
ル制御部に出力するBチャネル通信速度整合部から構成
