ィックコンバーゼンスおよびダイナミックコンバーゼン
スによるずれの発生の有無、画面の歪み、画面の回転等
を相互に調整しながら、最終的に偏向ヨークの取付位置
を決定し、偏向ヨークの固定を行なう。この取付作業に
おいて、特にダイナミックコンバーゼンスの調整作業に
おいては、クロスハツチパターンの発光時、画面の中央
部分では正常に映っているにもかかわらず、コーナー付
近では3色のパターンが一致せず、例えば赤は上方向に
、緑は右方向にずれるというような現象が生じる。この
コンバーゼンスずれを偏向ヨークおよびビユリティマグ
ネットを操作して、ずれが最小になるように調整作業を
行なってセットメーカーへ出荷している。しかしながら
、セットメーカーのカラー受像機にカラーブラウン管を
装着した場合、電源変圧器の配置などのカラー受像機特
有の差異により、ダイナミックコンバーゼンスがずれて
しまい、再調整の必要が生じることがある。このずれ量
はカラー受像機により0.1mmないし0.5mm程度
に達する。近年のカラー受像機の小型化による各部品の
配置の制約、および64KHzなど水平周波数の高速化
により、わずかな外部磁界によってもドツトの位置ずれ
は拡大する傾向にある。このため、セットメーカーのカ
ラー受像機にずれを補正するためのデジタルコンバーゼ
ンス回路等が付いていない場合には、個々のセットメー
カーのカラー受像機に合うようにあらかじめダイナミッ
クコンバーゼンスを0.1mmないし0.5mmずらし
てカラーブラウン管を出荷しなければならず、そのため
の信号発生装置が必要である。
