省スペース、より迅速且つより快適な歯科治療の
実施と云う観点からは未だ不充分であり、その一
層の改良が望まれる所であつた。

パノラマフイルムカセツト13を含んで歯列の展
開撮影を行うパノラマX線撮影装置1と、該パノ
ラマX線撮影装置1の支柱10に水平に固定され
た主梁2を介して隔設された少なくとも一対のイ
ヤロツド31,31を含むセフアロ用頭部固定装
置3と、から成るセフアロX線撮影可能な歯科用
X線撮影装置において、上記セフアロ用頭部固定
装置3上には頭部固定用レバー軸350を中心に
水平旋回・伸縮可能に可動アーム4が装備され、
該可動アーム4の先端に少なくとも上下の首振可

となしたことを特徴とする。上記パノラマX線撮
影装置1には、頭部固定装置11の背後即ち第1
のX線発生器12の対向位置にパノラマフイルム
カセツト13が装備され、この対向関係を維持し
て頭部固定装置11の廻りに旋回可能とされてい
る。但し、この第1のX線発生器12を後記する
セフアロ撮影用として用いる場合は、この対向関
係を解除してそのX線軸がセフアロ用頭部固定装
置3側に向けられるようになされている。また、
セフアロ用頭部固定装置3の近傍には上記第1の
X線発生器12からのX線が該固定装置3に固定
された患者の頭部を透過して照射され得る位置に
セフアロフイルムカセツトホルダー30が装備さ
れている。このセフアロフイルムカセツトホルダ
ー30と第1のX線発生器12との位置関係は、
頭部固定装置3に固定された患者の頭部中心との
距離が夫々15cm対150cmとなるように設定される。
そして、斯かるセフアロ用頭部固定装置3は、上
記X線軸に対し例えば45°ずつの角度に患者の頭
部を配向し得るよう間欠的軸回転が可能とされて
いる。該セフアロ用頭部固定装置3は少なくとも
一対のイヤロツド31,31を含み、該イヤロツ
ド31,31には着脱自在なフイルムカセツトホ
ルダー311が具備されている。更にセフアロ用
頭部固定装置3上には、以下の実施例で例示する

とが出来るから煩わしさが無く治療作業の円滑化
が図れる。
