ンを制御すると共に、エンジン始動前に燃料調整器によ
りバーナに燃料を供給しエンジンには空気を供給するよ
うに制御し、浄化触媒を所定の温度に上昇させた後エン
ジンを始動させるように制御する制御器とを備えた内燃
