Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the projection part of the camera from a ceiling face by imbeding a rotary mechanism, an optical system image forming mechanism and a main body case incorporating a control circuit for them in the ceiling face for the mount so that only a transparent dome is projected downward from the ceiling face. CONSTITUTION:An optical system image forming mechanism C to form a visual image picked up by a convex mirror 1 built in a transparent dome 2 is built in a main body case 4 together with a dome rotary mechanism B and a control circuit D. The main body case 4 provided with the transparent dome 2 downward is imbedded in a hole 10a formed to the ceiling face 10 and only the transparent dome 2 with the convex mirror 1 built therein is projected from the down side of the ceiling face 10. Thus, the projection part of the camera from the ceiling face is reduced.

[Conventional technology] Recently, security and crime prevention systems have come into use in which surveillance cameras are installed at the entrances of stores and residences, and images are displayed on TV monitors indoors or in management rooms. However, conventional surveillance cameras
As shown in FIG. 4, the camera body 100 and the lens unit 101 of the camera are exposed facing toward the W:L viewing field, which has an intimidating effect, but its presence is too conspicuous to attract visitors. It makes me feel uncomfortable. Therefore, as shown in Figure 5, the camera body (not shown)
The camera lens 105 is covered with a transparent dome-shaped case 103 provided below the main body 102 so that it can be installed directly on the ceiling, etc. A model with a dome-shaped movable part 106 with only the exposed part has been developed and used, but both have a structure in which the main body parts 102 and 104 are directly exposed and attached to the ceiling surface, so The current situation is that the amount of exposure from the surface is large, and the current situation is that no effort has been made to make the camera invisible. [Problem to be solved by the invention] The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and is a simple monitoring system with a structure in which the main body is installed by being embedded in the ceiling surface etc. The purpose is to provide cameras for [Means for Solving the Problems] The surveillance camera of the present invention proposed to achieve the above object is a surveillance camera that is used by being embedded in a ceiling surface, etc., and has a convex mirror built in the center. a rotation mechanism for causing the transparent dome to protrude from below and rotating the transparent dome; an optical imaging mechanism for forming a visual field image reflected on the convex mirror onto the image sensor; and a system for controlling these. The main body case containing the control circuit is embedded in the ceiling surface, with only the transparent dome protruding downward from the ceiling surface. [Function] According to the surveillance camera of the present invention, the transparent dome σ1 with a built-in convex mirror has a structure that protrudes from below the ceiling surface, etc., so that the amount of protrusion from the ceiling surface is small. Inconspicuous. In addition, the convex mirror built into the transparent dome rotates horizontally with the transparent dome to change the monitoring field of view, making it possible to monitor a wide field of view with only horizontal control. [Embodiment] An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 shows the internal structure of the surveillance camera of the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows an example of how it can be mounted on a ceiling surface. As shown in FIG. 1, the surveillance camera A of the present invention is mounted so that a main body case 4 with a transparent dome 2 provided below is fitted into a hole 10a formed in a ceiling surface 10. Inside the transparent dome 2, a support plate 21 to which a convex mirror l is attached is attached at an appropriate inclination angle, and a dome rotation mechanism B, which will be described later, is operated to rotate the entire transparent dome 2 in the horizontal direction. By rotating the convex mirror in the horizontal direction, the field of view to be monitored can be changed. The inclination angle of the support plate 21 may be finely adjusted using screws, etc. Inside the main body case 4 is an optical system for forming a field image reflected by the convex mirror 1 built into the transparent dome 2. A system imaging mechanism C is built in together with a dome rotation mechanism B and a control circuit, and the transparent dome 2 is attached to the main body case 4.
It protrudes freely from the hole 4a formed below. Here, the optical system coupling 11$IC is composed of a jL image element 6 configured as a CCD, and an 8I configured as a CCD.
Engraved on image element 6 to make it convex! It is composed of a prism 7 formed with a reflection angle of 90 g in order to transmit the monitoring image projected on the tl, and an optical sleeve 8 formed by combining a plurality of optical lenses. The convex surface H1 built into the transparent dome 2 is maintained in a positional relationship such that the visual field image projected by the convex surface B1 can be formed on the m-image element 6 side no matter which horizontal rotational position the transparent dome 2 is in. There is. The dome rotation mechanism B rotates the base g door 2a of the transparent dome 2,
By rotating the motor 5 built into the main body case 4, the transparent dome 2 is rotated in the forward and reverse directions to any horizontal rotation angle position. Gear head 5a has 13
As shown in the figure, it has a structure in which a roller 5b that rotates in contact with the base u 2 a of the transparent dome 2 is attached. The control of the motor 5 and image sensor 6 necessary for such a surveillance camera A to display an image of the field of view C is as follows.
This is done by a control circuit configured by mounting the necessary electronic components 9a, 9b, etc. on a circuit board 9 installed in the main body case 4. Therefore, the motor 5 and the image sensor 6 are connected to each other by the necessary wiring. are connected by. When installing such a surveillance camera A of the present invention buried in a ceiling surface, the hole 10a formed in the ceiling surface 10 is
After fitting the main body case 4, attach both It parts 4b of the main body case 4 to the ceiling surface 10 by fixing them with screws 11 etc.
Finally, attach the protective plate 3 to the lower surface of the main body case 74/D with one screw so that only the transparent dome 2 protrudes downward from the hole 3 in the center of the protective plate 3. Attach. [Effects of the Invention] According to the surveillance camera of the present invention, only the transparent dome portion with a built-in convex mirror protrudes downward from the ceiling surface, etc., and the dome rotation mechanism and the optical system for imaging the surveillance field. Since the barrel is housed in a main body case that is attached to the inside of the ceiling, the ceiling surface is small, making it unobtrusive and alert. There's nothing to do. In addition, the transparent dome has a built-in convex mirror with a wide viewing angle, and since it has a structure that moves simultaneously in the horizontal direction, there is no need for a structure that aligns the camera section vertically.
As a result, a wide field of view can be monitored.
