(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, with this type of vacuum blood collection tube, it is necessary to measure the blood sample by adjusting the tube to a vertical position and then aligning the liquid level with the liquid level display line. Another problem was that subjects were forced to perform tedious tasks such as removing the needle from their arm and removing the blood collection tube from the needle each time the test subject was weighed.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has a plurality of liquid level display slope lines on the peripheral wall of the tube body that indicate the appropriate amount of blood to be collected at an angle that becomes horizontal during blood collection, and each of them is moved parallel to the circumferential direction. To provide a vacuum blood collection tube characterized in that the lower end of each of these liquid level display slope lines is located at a location that coincides with the liquid level of each collected blood when the vacuum blood collection tube is set vertically. This is an attempt to solve these problems.

(Example) A large number of liquid level display slope lines 3 indicating the appropriate amount of blood to be collected are provided on the peripheral wall surface of the transparent plastic tube body 2 at an angle that becomes horizontal during blood collection and are shifted in the circumferential direction. The lower end 3' of each liquid level display slope line 3 is positioned at a location that coincides with the liquid level of each collected blood when the tube body 2 is set vertically.

Normally, the angle of inclination of the liquid level display slope line 3 is about 10 to 15 degrees with respect to the vertical axis of the tube body 2, and after adding an anticoagulant or other additive 4 to the tube body 2, it is placed in a vacuum atmosphere. Be sure to attach the rubber stopper 5.

0 indicates a holder for the vacuum blood collection tube of the present invention, and 11 indicates a threaded portion for attaching and detaching the blood collection needle 7 to the holder. In other words, the vacuum blood collection tube of the present invention is in a substantially constant inclined state as shown in FIG. In order to collect a fixed amount of blood, the blood should be collected when the liquid level of the collected blood 12 sucked by the vacuum pressure inside the tube body 2 matches the liquid level display slope line 3 in this state. However, to check whether the sampled blood is a predetermined amount, the tube body 2 should be in a vertical position, and the lower end 3' of the liquid level display slope line 3 should match the liquid level of the sampled blood. You can reconfirm whether it is correct or not.

(Effect of the invention) In this invention, a liquid level display slope line indicating the appropriate amount of blood to be collected is provided on the peripheral wall of the tube body at an angle that is horizontal during blood collection. This can be done accurately by collecting the same blood while maintaining the same condition and matching the liquid level of the collected blood with the liquid level display slope line. In order to determine whether the amount of blood collected has reached a certain amount, the test subject may have to make the patient feel pain, such as by removing the needle from the arm or removing the blood collection tube from the needle and standing the blood collection tube vertically to check the amount. This does not require any troublesome work, and therefore the above-mentioned problems can be sufficiently solved. In addition, the present invention uses a large number of liquid level display slope lines. Since these are provided parallel to the circumferential direction of the tube body, by changing the depth of these display slope lines in multiple stages, it is possible to perform quantitative sampling of multiple values of blood. In the design, the lower end of each liquid level display slope line was positioned at a point that coincided with the liquid level of each sampled blood when the vacuum blood collection tube was held vertically, so it was easy to determine whether the sampled blood was a predetermined amount or not. This also has the advantage that it is possible to reconfirm whether or not the lower end 3' of the liquid level display slope line 3 matches the liquid level of the collected blood by keeping the tube body 2 in a vertical position.
