Abstract

PURPOSE:To inform and alarm abnormality in a physical condition by transmitting a pulsating ultrasonic wave intermittently, and receiving a reflected wave from a substance relating to a human body, a part of the human body, or the head part of the human body. CONSTITUTION:A modulated ultrasonic pulse is radiated from a transmitter 3 by driving with a signal obtained by controlling an oscillator 2 with a transmission pulse oscillator 1, and the signal returned by reflecting on the substance relating to the human body, a part of the human body, or the head part of the human body is received with a receiver 4, and a reception signal is amplified and waveform-arranged by the amplifier 5 of a reception circuit, then, a reception pulse can be obtained. At this time, when the pulse is the one with pulse width longer than a time (t0) equivalent to a preset distance, an (a) signal of level 1 judging whether or not it is nearer than the preset distance or it is due to the neighboring state of the head part of the human body by the breakdown of the physical condition is issued, and abnormality information is propagated from an information generator 12 by operating a voice generation circuit 11 by taking the AND circuit 10 of the (a) signal with the signal delayed by a time (t1) at a first delay circuit 9. Furthermore, an abnormality alarm is propagated by operations an alarm generator 15 by,taking an AND circuit 14 via a second delay circuit 13.

[Prior art and its problems] Conventional body posture-related devices include a body inclination detection device using a sensor that detects inclination, a headband-type posture checker using an angle sensor and a buzzer, or a commercially available inclination detection device. In devices related to this type, such as posture correction alarms using sensor microswitches, mercury switches, and differential transformers, the quality of the body position is determined by the correlation between the head of the human body and objects or parts of the human body. The inability to measure distances is fatal, and it also has the drawbacks of individual differences in how it is worn, and the need for troublesome positioning.

[Means and effects to be solved by the invention] The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and the transmitter 3 is driven by a signal obtained by controlling the oscillator 2 with the transmitting pulse oscillator 1. As a result, the transmitter emits pulse-modulated ultrasonic pulses as shown in Figure 2 (A), and the modulated ultrasonic waves are reflected back to an object related to the human body, a part of the human body, or the human head. The received signal is received by the receiver 4,
The received signal is amplified and waveform-shaped by the amplifier 5 of the receiving circuit to become a received pulse. As shown in Figure 2 (B), the received pulse signal shows that the ultrasonic wave is transmitted between the human head and an object related to the human body.
Or just the time it takes to travel back and forth between a part of the human body, or between a transmitter/receiver installed on one end of a disc or plate facing the human body and the human head, or from the transmitter/receiver unit to the human head. It lags behind the transmitted pulse. The signal output from the transmitting pulse oscillator and the modulated transmitting pulse radiated from the transmitter are reflected from an object related to the human body, a part of the human body, or the human head, and a receiving pulse signal is input to the flip-flop 6. Then, the distance from the human head to an object related to the human body or a part of the human body, or the distance from the transmitter and receiver installed at one end of the board or plate facing the human body to the human head, or the transmitter A pulse with a time width proportional to the distance from the receiver unit to the human head (Fig. 2C) is obtained, and the time width T of the pulse proportional to these distances is output from the transmitting pulse oscillator. This is the time difference between the transmitted pulse and the received pulse reflected from an object or part of the human body, or the received pulse reflected from the human head. The distance from the transmitter/receiver attached to the glasses or object to the object or part of the human body, or the distance from the transmitter/receiver or the transmitter/receiver unit to the human head. To establish.

Therefore, the latched output is the time t when the input pulse width corresponds to the set distance. If it is shorter, the input pulse is at the O level when the latch control signal (D) in FIG. 2 rises, so the O level is latched and output. Also, the time t corresponding to the distance set by the input pulse width. If it is longer, the 1 level is still being maintained when the latch control signal (D) in FIG. 2 rises, so the 1 level is latched and output.

By inverting the latch output, the time t corresponding to the set distance is determined. In the case of a longer pulse width, the first level determines whether the pulse signal is blocked by an object or part of the human body that is closer than the set distance, or whether it is due to the human head approaching due to a change in body position. When the signal shown in Figure 2 (E) a is emitted, and the pulse width is shorter than the time t0 corresponding to the set distance, the set distance is exceeded, that is, it is normal, which is the 0 level Figure 2 (E) b
signal is obtained. Next, the 1 level a signal, which is closer than the distance set by the first delay circuit 9 of the signal delay section, is 1. By using the AND circuit 10 of the time-delayed signal, as shown in FIG. 2(F), only the pulses that remain at the 1 level for more than t1 time are passed, and the sound generation circuit l1 of the notification section is activated. It operates to propagate an abnormality notification from the notification generator 12.

When studying, reading, etc., take the correct body position for the overall health of the eyes and the whole body, and check whether the appropriate distance between the desk surface and the human head is maintained. The abnormality notification/warning method and device monitors and indicates that the body is in a bad position within a set distance when the body position collapses and the head approaches the desk surface, or when an object or part of the human body approaches the head. It calls attention to different situations with different signals: notifications and warnings. At this time, if the distance becomes close due to a secondary cause other than a change in body position, for example, when the ultrasound waves are blocked by the movement of a hand on a desk or an object related to the human body, or when someone picks up or puts something down. It is necessary to prevent misjudgments due to improper body position. In such a case, since the approaching state is only for a very short time, the issuing of the notification signal is delayed for a certain period of time t1, and when it is determined that the system is still approaching after t1 time, the first notification is issued. signal is obtained,
An alarm generator alerts the user to abnormal body position within a set distance by voice, and the alarm signal is suppressed if the delay time is within t1.

Therefore, since a notification is issued when the approaching state is maintained for t1 or more, erroneous determination can be prevented by setting t1. In addition, if this notification signal is ignored, or if the notification state continues for a certain period of time t or more due to falling asleep, etc., a warning signal is emitted by a buzzer or the like to correct the body position or prevent falling asleep. Notification and warning methods are not limited to sounds and buzzers, but depending on the time and place, taking into account the inconvenience to others, multiple levels such as vibration, weak electric shock, LED, and colored light can be used as a means of transmitting only to the person in question and urging caution. All installations that propagate to fall within this scope. This way, you can achieve your goals and avoid bothering others, and even those who are far away can grasp the current situation by checking the lighting status of sounds and colored lights. .

[Effects of the Invention] As detailed above, under the current social circumstances, problems such as decreased visual acuity and curvature of the spine at a younger age are becoming a problem. All of these factors are affected by poor body posture, and the best way to consider this is to measure distances using the eyes as a reference when using devices related to body posture.

Therefore, one method of attaching the present invention is to fix the transmitter and the receiver according to claim 1 to the front measuring parts of glasses or an object related to the human body, so that they are placed closest to the eyes. This is the best way to determine the position in a stable and clear manner. In addition, although it is best to be close to the eyes, there may be some people who do not like glasses, so in that case, a disk or plate shape facing the human body as described in claim 2 may be used. Either a transmitter and a receiver are fixed to one end facing the human head, or a transmitter and receiver unit is fixed to one end and ultrasonic pulses are emitted toward the human head for distance measurement. This is the best way to stably and clearly determine the position of the body without any problems such as individual differences in wearing, positioning, and pressure caused by headbands. Detects objects related to the human body, parts of the human body, or the head of the human body using pulsed ultrasonic waves, and notifies you when the object related to the human body, part of the human body, or the human head approaches within a set distance. This device is equipped with a warning generating section that issues a different second notification when the condition that notifies the person continues for a certain period of time or more. Proximity between a transmitter/receiver installed at one end of an opposing plate or plate shape and the human head, or between a transmitter/receiver unit and the human head, that is, a set distance between them. It is possible to clearly and objectively and acoustically call attention to whether or not the above conditions are maintained using different signals for notification and warning.

Therefore, by adopting the method and device for notifying/warning abnormal body position of the present invention, it is possible to play a remarkable role in inculcating the habit automatically using an objective scale. By correcting abnormalities, that is, correcting the body position, it is possible to automatically establish the best environment from a health and hygiene perspective. Furthermore, considering from a parent's point of view, there is a certain amount of noise.
In other words, as long as the volume is high enough to be heard from any room in the house, the advantage of being able to stay in control of your work without directly interfering with it while you are away from your body position and study situation is a feature that cannot be overlooked.
