層2は人体との接触側となる一面を除き、周面が
耐熱ゴム等の外殻層3で被覆されている。この体
表との接触側には、人体の体表と直接接触させて
集中的な熱伝達を可能にししかも指圧作用も奏し
得る突起部4が熱伝導層2から突出させて形成さ
れている。その突起部4は疣状に突出成形する
と、人体に強く圧接させても痛みを感じさせない
ところから好ましい。外殻層3は突起部4の形成
面回りに吸盤5を形成し或いは粘着剤を付着する
等の固定手段で体表に着脱自在に形成でき、吸盤
5による場合には熱伝導層2の突起部4を中心に
外殻層3からスカート状に延在させて一体に形成
