Claims (1)
位センサであつて、第1及び第2の磁石を、それ
ぞれの極が前記直線変位の方向と直交する方向に
位置し且つ互いに逆極性となるように、前記直線
変位の方向に離間させて前記移動部材に固着する
と共に、一端部が前記第1の磁石の外端面に対向
し且つ他端部が前記第2の磁石の外端面に対向す
る磁路部材と、この磁路部材を通じる磁束密度を
検出する磁束密度検出手段とを、前記移動部材に
対して相対変位する固定部材に設け、さらに、前
記第1及び第2の磁石が生成する磁束と同方向に
磁束が生じる向きに、前記磁路部材に第3の磁石
を設けたことを特徴とする変位センサ。 (2) 回転し且つ軸方向に移動する軸の軸方向変
位を検出する変位センサであつて、互いに逆極性
に径方向に極を有するリング状の第1及び第2の
磁石を、軸方向に離間させて前記軸に外嵌させる
と共に、一端部が前記第1の磁石の外周面に対向
し且つ他端部が前記第2の磁石の外周面に対向す
る磁路部材と、この磁路部材を通じる磁束密度を
検出する磁束密度検出手段とを、前記軸に対して
相対変位する固定部材に設け、さらに、前記第1
及び第2の磁石が生成する磁束と同方向に磁束が
生じる向きに、前記磁路部材に第3の磁石を設け
