Claims (1)
円偏光、Ｓ偏光、Ｐ偏光のいずれかに偏光した光
を生成する第１の偏光手段と、観察光路上に介装
され、前記第１の偏光手段による偏光成分の光を
遮光し、且つ該偏光成分以外のＳ偏光又はＰ偏光
の蛍光を通すための第２の偏光手段と、前記第１
及び第２の偏光手段の少くとも一方を構成する光
学素子を回動させて前記第１の偏光手段の偏光成
分の光が前記第２の偏光手段を透過するように切
換える回転駆動手段とを設けたことを特徴とする
