Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a vessel with barrier property which is free from creases and has the deep bottom, by a method wherein a cylindrical barrier film body having the bottom part formed of a barrier film comprised of a metallic foil, paper and a resin layer is molded integrally of injected resin so that the barrier film body forms an inner surface of the vessel. CONSTITUTION:An end part 14a of a bent side of a cut-off piece 14 is superposed upon and end part 14b of the other side so that the end part 14a becomes the inside and formed cylindrically through hot fusion. While the lower end part 14c of the cut-off piece 14 is turned in inward, the upper end part is widened outside and a widened part 14d is formed. Then a suspended part 15b of a molded body 15 of the bottom part is fitted into a part where the cut-off piece 14 is turned in for sticking and a barrier film body 17 is molded.
