酒にブドウを原料とするワインを一部加えたことを特徴
とするワイン風人参酒の製造方法。 2、酒母は清澄化された人参液を培養液とし、これにワ
イン酵母を接種して得られる請求項1記載のワイン風人
参酒の製造方法。
