発生して送る秘話鍵発生回路と、前記秘話鍵を光信号に
より親装置の光受信回路に送信する光送信回路とを含む
子装置とを設け、 前記子装置が秘話鍵発生回路により発生した新秘話鍵を
子記憶回路に記憶すると共に前記光送信回路により光信
号を用いて親装置の光受信回路で受信した秘話鍵を親記
