Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a single printer device to conduct printing without the need for transmitting a printing code from a host device when the reprinting or the multi-time printing o the same printing result is required by a method wherein printing code data which has been printed once is stored in an IC card. CONSTITUTION:Before a printer device is actuated, whether a printing code to be printed is read from an IC card 6 or inputted from a host device by a host interface part 1 is selected by an operation panel 5. As a result of selection, the printing code written in the IC card 6 is read and transmitted to a printing code memory 2. On the other hand, when a printing code transmitted from the host device is received, it is received by the host interface part 1 and written in the printing code memory 2. Then, in accordance with the printing code written in the printing code memory 2, the data is developed into a dot pattern of a character to be printed in a dot developing part 3 and printed on paper 7 by a printing mechanism part 4. っても、プリンタ装置単体て印字を行なう事ができる効
