Claims (1)
回収容器の一端にその一端を接続し、上記回収容
器内に有害気体を含む気体を送り込む送り込み管
と、この送り込み管の途中に設けた第一の開閉弁
と、上記回収容器の他端にその一端を接続し、そ
の他端を大気に開放させた排出管と、この排出管
の途中に設けた第二の開閉弁と、上記回収容器の
周囲を囲む状態で設けたジヤケツトと、このジヤ
ケツトの底部に設けられ、このジヤケツトの底部
に溜つた水を加熱蒸発させるヒータと、上記ジヤ
ケツトの側面で、底部よりも少し上方に設けられ
た排水管と、この排水管の途中に設けられた第三
の開閉弁と、上記ジヤケツトの内周面中間部に設
けられ、上記回収容器の外周面に向けて冷却水を
吹き付ける冷却ノズルと、一端を上記回収容器に
、他端を有害気体を凝縮させ回収する回収器に、
それぞれ接続した回収管と、それぞれこの回収管
の途中に設けられた第四の開閉弁及び真空ポンプ
とから成る有害気体の回収装置。 (2) 排水管に代えて設けた循環パイプの途中に
、送水ポンプを設け、上記循環パイプの下流側端
部を冷却ノズルに通じさせると共に、ジヤケツト
内に、このジヤケツト内に存在する水蒸気を凝縮

省略する代わりに、冷却器を構成する冷却パイプ
を、回収容器の周囲に直接巻回した、請求項2に
