Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten a construction period and reduce the execution cost by forming a mortar frame after constructing a lower PC column member, and constructing an upper PC column member, and filling the grout in a joint cavity and a mortar sleeve. CONSTITUTION:After constructing a lower PC column member 1-b, a mortar frame 11 is formed with the hard mortar on the end surface 2-b along the inner periphery so as to trim there. At this stage, a joint cavity is formed with a line 9 and a cotter or the like. Next, an upper PC column member 1-a is hong down to be constructed in the lower PC column member 1-b. Next, group 7 is filled from a group filling port 5 provided in the upper PC column member 1-a so that all of the joint cavity and inside of the mortar sleeve 4 are filled with the grout. A pair of upper and lower PC column members 1-a, 1-b are bonded by hardening the grout 7. PC wall members and other PC members can be bonded together in this way.

(Prior art) A PC member in which a pair of upper and lower precast concrete members (hereinafter referred to as 90 members) are joined using a mortar-filled reinforcing bar joint sleeve (hereinafter referred to as mortar sleeve) buried in the lower end of the upper member. The joining method will be explained below using a precast concrete column member (hereinafter referred to as PC column member) as an example of a PC member.

First, the PC column member used in this method has a structure as shown in FIG. In other words, in the figure, 1-b
is a lower PC column member, and the upper end portion of the lower shareholder reinforcing bar 3-b projects a certain length upward from the upper end surface 2-b of the lower PC column member and is exposed. A mortar sleeve 4 is embedded in the lower end of the upper PC column member 1-a, and the lower end opening of the sleeve opens to the lower end surface 2-a of the upper PC column member. The lower end of the upward main reinforcing bar 3-a is inserted into the mortar sleeve, and the lower end reaches approximately the center of the mortar sleeve 4 in the longitudinal direction.

A mortar sleeve is an elongated hollow metal cylinder with both ends open, and its inner surface is usually provided with many grooves or protrusions.
It is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 61-200246, etc. The sleeve is provided with a grout inlet and an air vent, which are connected to an inlet 5 and an air vent 6, respectively, provided on the side wall of the upper PC pillar member, so that the sleeve is exposed to the outside. It's communicating.

These PC column members have been joined using conventional methods. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the lower PC column member 1-
b is first erected, and then the upper PC column member 1-a is suspended from above, and the upper PC column member is erected so that the protruding ends of the lower shareholder reinforcing bars are inserted into the mortar sleeves at corresponding positions. When this erection is completed, the upward main reinforcing bars 3-a and the lower shareholder reinforcing bars 3-b abut against each other at approximately the center in the longitudinal direction within the mortar sleeve. Next, grout 7, which is highly fluid mortar, is injected from the grout inlet 5 until it overflows from the air vent 6. As the grout hardens, the corresponding pair of upper and lower column main reinforcing bars are joined, and this causes the upper and lower pair of P
The C pillar members are joined.

Incidentally, it is necessary to provide joint mortar 8 between the joining end faces of the pair of upper and lower PC column members to be joined, for the purpose of integrating the joining members, absorbing errors in joining construction, etc. For this reason, a means is provided to form a joint space between the joint end faces during joining, and a joint mortar is provided within this joint space. Such joint space forming means may include placing a liner 9 with a height corresponding to the joint thickness on the upper end surface 2-b of the lower PC column member as shown in the figure, or placing a liner 9 with a height equivalent to the joint thickness on the end surface of the PC column member. There is a means to provide a protrusion (called a cotter).

To provide joint mortar, lower PC column member upper end surface 2-
Place the hard kneaded mortar mass on top of b, and this is the upper part of P.
A method is used in which, as the C-column member hangs down, it is sandwiched between joint end faces and expanded into the joint space to form a joint space. At this time, in order to prevent the trouble of joint mortar entering the mortar sleeve 4 and blocking the grout inlet of this sleeve, a part 1 consisting of a thin disk called a washer
It is necessary to close the lower end opening of the mortar sleeve 4 using 0. (For washers, special
It is disclosed in Publication No. 8. ) (Problems to be solved by the invention) As mentioned above, in the conventional method, when forming joint mortar, the hard kneaded mortar mass is crushed and spread, but the hard kneaded mortar is fluid. Since the axial force is insufficient, the axial force is not sufficiently distributed within the joint space, and gaps are likely to occur, causing problems in the uniform transmission of axial force between the joined PC column members. Also,
Another problem is that the quality of the grout in the mortar sleeve and the joint mortar are different. (Typically, joint mortar is of lower quality) A method in which a formwork is placed around the outer periphery of the joint space, and soft mortar is filled into it to form joint mortar without voids, and then the upper PC pillar members are erected. has also been proposed, but this method is not only economically disadvantageous due to the increased cost of formwork and formwork construction, but also has the disadvantage that the progress of the process is delayed by at least one day due to the construction and curing of the joint mortar.

Furthermore, since the quality of soft mortar is inferior to that of hard mortar, the problem of the disparity in quality between the grout in the sleeve and the joint mortar becomes even more serious.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The structure of the pair of upper and lower 20 members used in the method of the present invention is the same as that used in the conventional method as shown in FIG. The method of the present invention will be explained below by taking as an example the joining of PC pillar members.

First, after the lower PC column member t-b is erected, a mortar frame 11 is formed using hardened mortar on the upper end surface 2-b of the lower PC pillar member t-b so as to border the periphery inside the upper end surface 2-b. At this time, means (liner, cotcoo, etc.) are taken to form a joint space in the same way as in the past. The width of the mortar frame 11 is usually about 1 to 3 cm, and the height is approximately the same as the width.

Next, grout 7 is injected through the grout inlet 5 provided in the upper PC pillar member, and the joint space and the inside of the mortar sleeve 4 are all filled with grout. (This is to prevent grout injection from the air vent 6 provided in the upper PC pillar member.)
It can be achieved by continuing until it overflows. ) Then, the grout hardens to complete the joining of the pair of upper and lower P pillar members.

Although the present invention has been described in detail using PC column members as an example of the 20 members, the method of the present invention can also be applied to joining PC wall members with similar structures, as well as joining 20 members with similar structures. It goes without saying that it can be done.

(1) PCs are joined because joints with no voids are formed.
The axial force transmission between the members is uniform. (2) The quality of the joint mortar and the grout in the mortar sleeve are the same, so there are no problems due to disparity in quality. (3) There is no need to use washers. Compared to the above-mentioned method of providing a formwork around the outer periphery of the joint space, there is no disadvantage that the progress of the process is delayed by at least one day.Furthermore, in the present invention, the formwork is created on-site using hard-mixed mortar. The cost of formwork and formwork construction is much lower than that of the above-mentioned method.
