BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Traditionally, syringes always use metal needles. FIG. 3 shows a general injection needle as a conventional example and will be described. The hollow cylindrical injection needle 01 has a sharpened tip 02 that is inserted into the body, and is connected to a syringe barrel (not shown) at the attachment portion 03 at the other end. The medicinal liquid pushed out from the syringe barrel is injected into the body from the tip 02 through the hollow part of the needle 01.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention Since the needle used in the above-mentioned conventional syringe is made of metal, there is a problem that if it breaks during injection of a drug, it remains in the body. This is a major problem, especially when injecting livestock. For example, in the case of pigs raised for meat, an average of 14 to 15
Multiple injections (such as prophylaxis or common antibiotic injections) are required. At this time, the pigs may get scared, so several people have to hold them down while administering the injection, but it is difficult to eliminate accidents such as the pig moving during the injection and the needle breaking during the period that a single pig is raised. This is the current situation. A broken needle that remains can cause unnecessary pain on a continuous basis. Furthermore, such injections are usually performed in the shoulder, which is the part of the meat that is processed into the pork loin, and needles that break off and remain in the body can remain in the meat product. For this reason, efforts are being made to detect and remove them using various methods after slaughter and during the meat processing process, but there are many cases in which small pieces of broken meat are undetected and are mixed into final products such as ham and shipped. It is especially difficult to detect if it matches the slicing direction of the ham. This resulted in complaints from customers, which was a big problem for pig farmers and other people in the industry.

Embodiment A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The needle 1, which is formed into a hollow cylindrical shape using an absorbable substance such as gelatin, has a sharp tip 2 that is inserted into the body, as in the conventional example. Further, the connecting portion 3' is a portion connected to a metal attachment portion attached to the tip of a syringe barrel (not shown). However, as shown in FIG. 2 as a second embodiment, the mounting portion 3
It is also possible to integrally mold gelatin into a swollen hollow cylindrical shape. Examples of gelatin include pig skin, cow skin, cow bones, animal skin in general,
Examples include those obtained from tendons, sinus bands, fascia, bones, etc. Since each of these has different properties, it is selected appropriately in consideration of gelatin wall thickness, dryness, hardness, etc.

The needle 1 according to the invention can be easily manufactured, for example, by applying a hot, concentrated solution of gelatin around a silicone-coated rod, allowing it to dry and solidify, and then pulling out the rod. The tip portion 2 is formed by cutting the tip portion diagonally in a suitably dry state. This needle is considerably less expensive than traditional metal needles. Moreover, as described above, by appropriately selecting the type of gelatin, wall thickness, etc., it is possible to obtain a needle having almost sufficient strength and rigidity as a disposable injection needle for one-time use. For example, even if a needle breaks and remains in the body, it will eventually unravel and be absorbed by the body. Therefore, it is most suitable for use in livestock for meat, and since it does not cause continuous pain, it can be used for injections into various animals in laboratories, veterinary hospitals, zoos, etc. The range is wide.

Although the needle 1 is made of gelatin in the embodiment, it is of course not limited to gelatin as long as it is a substance that can be absorbed into the body.

In particular, if applied to livestock for meat consumption, it will no longer be necessary to detect and remove broken injection needles that remain inside the body, which has been a major problem in the past, and will not only improve product reliability but also contribute to cost reduction.
