出したのち、前記着信要求を拒否する手段を備えること

送されたデータを抽出したのち、着信要求を拒否する手
段を備えることにより、パケット交換呼あるいは回線交
換データ呼を確立する必要がなくなり、簡単な構成でデ
ータ転送を行えるので、低速・少量のデータ転送を行う
ときそのデータ転送コストを最小限にすることができる
という効果がある。
