クステンションからの塗料の滴下が著しいことから、塗
装中に適宜に作業を中断して塗料噴出用ノズルに付着し
た塗料を除去する必要があり、このため、従来は、塗料
噴出用ノズルの外周をブラシで擦るか、または、塗料噴
出用ノズルをシンナの入った缶に浸すという方法で洗浄
が行われていたが、このような手段では塗料噴出用ノズ
ルに付着した塗料を十分に除去することができなかった

発明の作用及び効果
本発明は上記構成になり、塗装作業によって塗料噴出用
ノズルの外周面に塗料が付着したスプレィガンを塗装用
ロボットの駆動により塗装位置から移動させて洗浄筒内
に挿入するとともに、ポンプの駆動により回収タンクか
ら圧送されたシンナをシンナ噴出用ノズルから塗料噴出
用ノズルに向けて高圧で噴出させると、塗料噴出用ノズ
ルに付着した塗料がシンナによって溶解されつつその噴
出圧力によって吹き飛ばされることにより除去されるの
である。この後、除去された塗料はシンナとともに回収
タンク内に貯留される。回収タンク内のシンナは再びポ
ンプにより加圧され、シンナ噴出用ノズルに圧送される
